    Fasten the brake caliper (8) to the vehicle with
    hook. The brake hose (9) may not be pulled or
    kinked.
    Otherwise it will be damaged.
    Do not detach brake hose (9).
    7.3 Remove both brake calipers (8) MODEL 221
    with CODE Z07 (Top protection)On front axle

    Check
    8 Check brake lining thickness

    Replace brake pads as sets only, if
    necessary.
    9 Check brake disks (1) for wear
    AP42.10-P-4258SX
    Installation: Replace brake disks (1) as
    set only, if necessary.
    10 Remove locking bolt (3) and remove brake
    disk (1) If the parking brake drums are worn, turn back
    the adjusting mechanism (4) of the parking
    brake beforehand.
    Otherwise, the brake shoes (5) will be
    damaged.
    Safety bolt, rear axle brake disk to flange *BA42.10-P-1001-06G
    Locking bolt, brake disk of front axle to *BA42.10-P-1002-06G

    11 Clean the contact surfaces (1a, 1b) and snug
    fit (1c) of brake disk (1) if necessary
    12 Grease the snug fit (1c) of the brake disk (1) Paste, hot lubrication 1 kg, DBL 6879.20 *BR00.45-Z-1005-06A

    13 Check condition of brake shoes (5) on parking If necessary:
    brake for wear

    Replace parking brake shoes.
