    A) 8ACkGkCUND

    Fitting is process to produce product that was make Irom the mild steel. Fitting involve the measuring,
    cutting, drilling, and Iinishing process. Fitting process totally done manually. Objective Iitting process is to
    expose student to the way how the some product has be done. In Iitting process student also need to
    measure with accurate measuring. Need to know how to use the varnier calipers. Fitting is the process to
    make the mid steel become a shape with accurate measuring.

    7) Chisel
    8) Varnier calipers

    procedure
    1) Firstly, make the mild steel Ilat become a square shape
    2) Make the shape oI u` and T` shape by measure the shape using varnier calipers
    3) Iter that make center point at the u` and T` shape by using the center punch and ball hammer
    4) Drill the center point and drill along the U` shape.
    5) Then, cut the mild still to U` and T` shape by using hacksaw
    6) Do the Iinishing by using the Iiles. To make sure that U` and T` shape will Iollow the measure.
    7) Lastly, use the oil and spread it at all the product to prevent the product become rusting.


    C) DISCUSSICN

    The diIIerences between the product and the sample is the measuring oI the sample is more accurate
    than the product .because have some error and precaution during doing the cutting and Iinishing. The
    measuring oI product not same like sample because error happen during do the Iilling. Wrong technique in
    using the hacksaw will make our cutting not accurate the measuring so it is will ruin the shape oI U` and
    T` shape. Not only that error also happen when do the measuring. The precaution is to know how to read
    the varnier calipers.

    D) CCNCLUSICN AND SUGGLS1ICN ICk IMkCVLMLN1
    The time taken to make this product is too long because all the process cutting and Iinishing is doing
    manually. Provide the mask to student because when do the drilling its will make student in danger. Not
    only that should use machine when doing the cutting process because it is will cut oII the time taken to cut
    the mild steel. my suggestion is just do the mould oI the U` and T` so student just need to heat the
    aluminium and Iill in the mould then do the Iinishing. I had done all the process in Iitting.
