Creative Craft Ltd is one of the fastest growing garments accessories manufacturing company of Bangladesh.
The company started the business with a firm determination to manufacture international standard quality
garments accessories. The company is specialized in developing, producing and selling all kind of garment
accessories – all type of Printed Tags (Hang Tag, Price Tag, and Stickers), Paper/satin/cotton/polyester
Labels, and Screen Printed labels. And also finest sourcing solution for Woven Label, Heat transfer labels,
Gum Tapes, Elastic, Draw String, Twill Tape, Poly Bag, Back board, Photo Board, Boxes etc.

country. The company was formed and started its Journey from 2009. Since its establishment the com

pany was focused and concentrated for continuous development of product line and quality of service.
The company is owned by 100% Local investment and with all rules and regulation under Bangladesh
Company Act. The goal of Creative Craft Ltd. is to become a first row accessories manufacturer in the
Local Market by producing standard and quality products and Service. We have been inspired from
our customer and their choices to provide competitive and unique service with quality product by
believing in Customer Satisfaction first! We have a group of experienced marketing & merchandising
team and technicians to create the best product & service for our valued customers. We always dedi
-
cated for best product in competitive price and unique service through strict quality control after
production. We use raw materials exactly as par buyer’s requirement and for supplementary materials
for printing we use the best ones’ in the market. Performance / policy will be reviewed as and when
required and all areas will be continually improved to achieve the goal of the organization.
CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT:

The Management of Creative Craft Ltd strongly believes in total customer satisfaction. Systems are in
place to ensure that customer requirements are met and the extent to which the customer is satisfied is
monitored and measured with the aim of continuously enhancing customer satisfaction. Effective and
modified arrangements have been made for customer communication related to product information,
enquiries, order handling, customer feedback and customer complaints. Customers’ complaints and
comments will be solicit, and reported to the management review. The department responsible for this
is the Merchandising Department. If any complain arises immediate action will be taken by Executive
and merchandising team with consultation with higher management. And the complaint will be
recorded in details with date. This Customer complain and Feedback will be used to gather data and
these data will be reviewed and checked to confirm whether the system is modified or developed
accordingly with any previous complaints. Customer satisfaction analysis through data analysis,
surveys, and claims will be undertaken when sufficient data has been collected. Customer complaint

and comments will be regularly discussed in the management review meetings. In every regular meet
ing there will be an agenda regarding continuous improvement of customer complaint handling and
-
management.
For effective and efficient customer handling, we’ve developed a tentative chart and module to keep
record of complaints. And we’re trying to develop it in structured way and confirm.
RECORD MANAGEMENT:
Creative Craft Ltd. has specific and up to date system for keeping record. All the necessary activities will
be recorded. Each and every relevant individual who are responsible to keep records will be trained
accordingly to get the knowledge of keeping records. The records will be kept for purchase, Test report,
production, sales, volume summary, inventory etc. Other than those records on training, trademark
approval, supplier details, customer feedback etc will be also recorded as well. All the records will be
chronological and supported by relevant supporting information. All the relevant individuals will
provide daily/weekly records to the relevant department head and department heads will provide those
after checking and verifying to the controller of records. All the records will be kept for minimum
5(five) years. Below is the Procedure for document and data control for all Quality Management related
documents.
Documents are written, reviewed and approved by the authorized personnel prior to issue.
Documents are issued only to relevant person/s and a record of circulation is maintained.
All documents are identified using a document code number and the revision status is identified using
issue number on every document.
All obsolete documents are promptly removed from all points of issue and use. A copy of each super -
seded document is maintained for the purpose of traceability unless otherwise decided by the competent
designated personnel.
STORAGE MANAGEMENT:
We’ve developed and are maintaining a very effective storage management for the raw materials and
finished goods. We have separate isles in our store room for separate types of raw materials such as
Paper ribbons, satin ribbons, papers, adhesives etc. And for the INK we have a completely separate
covered rack. And all these isles are labeled in such a way that no mixing can usually occur. And the
store room is completely by store managers. As a result all the ins and outs of materials take place with
a responsible monitoring. A register is maintained for each and every ins and outs separately. Our
inspection team randomly and regularly inspect the store to ensure that everything going in right way.
In the same way our finished goods are stored in a separate room temporarily before delivery. In that
room there are also separate isles for keeping different goods separately. After the pre delivery inspec
-
tion our goods finally got out from our factory having updated in the register book and with detailed and
proper delivery receipts. The area of our raw material store room and finished goods store room is
approx 350 sq feet each.

SECURITY MANAGEMENT:
CRAFT LTD
Security is also a very strictly maintained system in Creative Craft Ltd. In each premises we have 24 hours
security force of a renowned security company in the country. They do continuous shift wise duty. They
are responsible for general checking of all the incoming and outgoing goods and keeping proper and
timely register. And they are also responsible for the overall security of the factory such as to prevent
unauthorized entry of anybody and keeping eye on susceptive activities inside the factory etc.
CONCLUSION:
The management is committed to continuously improve the effectiveness of quality management
systems and to provide better service to the customers. In order to achieve this target departmental -quali
ty objectives are monitored and analyzed regularly, internal quality audits are conducted and corrective
& preventive action system is in place. The results and data generated through all these systems are
reviewed during management review meeting for the allocation of any additional resource required for
improvement of the quality system.
