Please check out by 11.00 am on your departure date.
If you need anything while you are on the island, simply reach out
to our on-site staff, they will be more than happy to assist you
whether it's providing information about local attractions,
arranging transportation, or addressing any issues that may arise.

HOUSE RULE
Loud music, excessive noise, and events or party are
strictly prohibited during your stay to respect the rest of
our neighbours.
IMPORTANT REMARKS
Guests who are staying in the villa with children are
responsible for the safety of the children. As the parents
or guardians of children you are personally and legally
responsible for the children and must supervise them at
all times. For safety reasons, please do not leave children
unattended or allow them to roam the property
unsupervised, especially around the pool and the stairs
area. We request that you maintain a constant check on
your children and ensure their safety.
NMax scooter is available to rent. Please reach our staff

for further assistance.
THE VILLA
Villa Arancia offers an idyllic escape, please be aware
that the access road to the villa can be challenging. The
rocky and steep terrain leading to the villa is the only
available route, and we want to provide you with all the
necessary information prior to your arrival. However, rest
assured that we have taken care of this concern. As part
of our commitment to guest satisfaction, a complimentary
1x pick-up service from the harbor is included in your
reservation.
While breakfast is not included, you may request our team

to prepare the breakfast menu for you (additional
charges apply)

GETTING AROUND THE

will remain available on call for the duration of your stay to

TIPS FOR GREENER HOLIDAY
REDUCE WASTE
Fresh water and electricity as well as signal are come
and built from the mainland, using those supply wisely is
your form of participating on sustainable tourism. Please
help to reduce waste by using cloth bags instead of
plastic, and re-using plastic cups and water bottles.
BUY LOCAL
Buying locally-made souvenirs, eating and drinking at
local bars, cafes, and restaurants, also taking excursions
using local guides are great ways to get more out of
your holiday and ensure local people benefit from your
stay.
RESPECT THE LOCAL CULTURE AND TRADITION

Dress and act appropriately for the place that you are
visiting - do a little background reading before you go
away or ask your holiday rep for advice.
SHOPPING
When you buy local souvenirs, always be sure to bargain
with good humour and bear in mind that a small cash
saving to you could be a significant amount of money to
the seller. Please don't buy product made from
endangered or wild animals and plants including coral,
shells, starfish, horns, teeth and animal skins and fur. If
in doubt, don't buy.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Children Safety - We can arrange babysitters with prior notice.

Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times,
we do not provide lifeguards at the villa to ensure a safe and
enjoyable stay.
Housekeeping - We provide daily bedroom service and linen and

towel changes every 3rd day, and kindly request guests to leave
linens and towels on the floor only if they require changing, with
housekeeping scheduled from 8 am to 3 pm.
Insurances - For your safety, we strongly recommend guests to

take out travel, medical, and accident insurance coverage, as The
Arancia does not provide lifeguards or child supervision, and we
decline all responsibility for any harm or loss that may occur
during your stay at The Arancia.
Keys - Your room set of keys opens your rooms. The house keeper
and the gardener have a spare keys of the rooms. Please, don’t
forget to leave your set on your room door when you check out.
Laundry - Please advise the manager or staff if you would like us

to arrange your laundry (additional cost apply). Allow minimum
48 hours. Express service is also available at extra cost.
Money - It is best to have cash prepared in hand. ATM on the

island is often running out of cash, and might take days for the
bank to put cash in the ATM.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Damages, Losses and Breakages
Guests are responsible to take proper care of the property

and are liable for any damages, breakages, or losses that
occur during their stay. In the event of excessive damage,
noise, mess, or unlawful activity, Nomad Holiday Rentals
reserves the right to reclaim the property and seek
compensation for damages.
A refundable security deposit may be required, which can

be utilized to cover the costs of repairing, replacing, or
cleaning any damaged or missing items, as well as for lost
or damaged keys, excessive dirt or smoking cleanup,
penalties for rule violations, excessive utility charges, and
other related expenses. If the security deposit does not
fully cover the charges, the guest is responsible for paying
the remaining balance immediately. Nomad Holiday
Rentals reserves the right to charge the remaining amount
to the guest's credit card on file.
