    • RajDiyas Business Services Pvt. Ltd. and Client would enter into a Contract,
    detailing out the terms of the project.
    • Amount to be paid as per payment schedule.
    • Extra Charges would be Payable on adding any other Shared Network.
    • The proposed solution will not support the addition of new
    applications/functionalities. In case, the client wishes to add new
    applications/functionalities to the existing list, then the developer will submit a
    separate proposal for the same.

    • It is the responsibility of the customer not to put any undesirable/indecent offer


    or information on Software.
    • Proper support would be required from your side in providing information and
    material regarding Software, for optimum results the client will have to provide
    us maximum.
