From December 2004 the expectations were derived from the zero-coupon
interest curve based on market prices of CPI-indexed bonds, based on the
forward interest curve.

2. Till March 2007 the expectations were calculated from yields on Shahar-
and Galil- or Sagi-type bonds for the same time periods.
From April 2007 the expectations were derived from the zero-coupon interest
curve
