This serves to inform ALL STUDENTS that LATE registration stage 2 for the May/June 2024 CXC
external examinations are now officially open. Please note that there are two categories of
registration of students for examinations. These categories are students enrolled in the Sixth Form
Pathway Program (SFPP) and students who are not enrolled in the Sixth Form Pathway Program
(NSFPP)

The following are the protocols governing LATE registration for both categories:
Sixth Form Pathway Program.

All Sixth Form Pathway students must report to Ms. Pinnock before paying exam fees to
ensure they are on the Ministry of Education subsidy list.

Students doing CAPE subjects will receive a subsidy for examination fees from the Ministry of
Education covering the cost for 1 compulsory subject (Communication Studies or Caribbean Studies)
and 2 other single unit CAPE subjects (total of 3 single units). All other subject Unit/s fees must be
covered by student/parent/guardian. All CAPE students (Year 1 or 2) who are doing any CSEC
subjects must cover the cost of these subject/s. All 2ND Year CAPE students doing Unit 1 of any CAPE
subject/s must cover the cost for all Unit 1 subjects.

There are no subsidies covering CSEC subjects for any student regardless of whether they are in Year
1 or Year 2.

All students receiving a subsidy under this program will be required to complete the Entry Forms
collected from the main office.

Students registered for subjects in excess of the 1 compulsory subject and 2 single unit
CAPE subjects will be required to pay the examination fees for the additional subjects as
they are not covered under the examination subsidy.

ENTRY/CANDIDATE, LATE FEES AND ADMINISTRATION FEES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER
THE SUBSIDY AND MUST BE PAID BY THE STUDENT/PARENT/GUARDIAN.
