    Abstract
    Chromium which is a chemical element ,a metal,is toxic pollutant .Nowdays these are
    found to be present in soils due to many human activities.It affects plant system and
    microorganisms that are present in soil as well.Phytoremediation has emerged as a
    process to minimize or eliminate chromium from chromium stressed soils,but this
    process takes long time.So when plant growth promoting bacteria( PGPB) is used with
    this process as bioinoculant then it results into increased plant growth and higher
    chromium reducing effects.PGPB via root architecture modification increases chromium
    uptake,secretes metal
    Steps For The Processing Of The Data Essay
    This provides an overview of the steps that were used for the processing of the data. In
    general all of the processes were executed using batch macros in ImageJ and the
    resulting files were saved at each step. 1.Import the movie file into ImageJ. 2.Bin
    images by 4x (Image Adjust Size 512 x 512 Average when downsizing Interpolation:
    Bilinear). Based on the results from a parallel study, this improves the tracking of
    rapidly moving mitochondria. 3.StackReg each 50 frame movie (Plugins Registration
    StackReg Transformation: Rigid Body) to correct for stage drift. 4.Stretch images by

    observational research focuses on groups of individuals for example: For example,

    Bates, 2012). Winstead (1984) is an example of a naturalistic observer of the Polish
    crisis in the early 1980s. This author made naturalistic observations while living and
    working in Poland (Winstead, 1984). The author observed various ways that the Polish
    people coped with stress during the initial part of the social, economic and political crisis
    (Winstead, 1984).
