Job Summary:

SURGE Fitness & Lifestyle is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Outbound


Telemarketers to join our dynamic sales team. As an Outbound Telemarketer, you
will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to
promote our fitness and lifestyle services and convert leads into paying customers.
This role offers a competitive base salary and a generous commission structure,

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from


provided leads and databases.
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of SURGE Fitness &
Lifestyle services, packages, and promotions to effectively communicate their
value to potential customers.
3. Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads by assessing their
fitness and lifestyle needs and interests.
4. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to
each lead's specific needs and objections.
5. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with potential customers, answer their
inquiries, and address any concerns to facilitate the sales process.
6. Closing Sales: Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and secure
memberships, adhering to set sales targets.
7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer
interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
8. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure customer
satisfaction.
9. Sales Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and
performance metrics.
10.Feedback and Improvement: Actively participate in sales meetings and
training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

 High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.


 Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or sales is a plus.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Persuasive and able to handle objections effectively.
 Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
 Knowledge and interest in fitness and lifestyle-related products and services
is a bonus.
 Performing all other duties as may be required by immediate supervisor,
