    the information in this document is subject to change from time to time without

    FAQ
    1.) Why it can’t reach the data transfer speed of USB3.1 Gen1?
    This product passed rigorous testing. Under normal situations, it can read and write
    with the speed of USB3.1 Gen1 (5Gbps). Please make sure your host (computer)
    supports USB3.1 Gen1 specification. Otherwise, there will be a corresponding speed
    of either USB2.0 or USB1.1 only.

    2.) Why my USB devices can’t be recognized by the product?


    It is recommended to plug in the power supply when using high power-consuming
    devices or plug in the USB-C PD to ensure there is enough power.

    1. Do not disassemble this hub or expose it to humidity or high-temperature
    environments as direct sunlight.
    2. Improper using, disassembling, or any other operation that does not follow this
    instruction will result in damage to your devices or this hub. We will not abide by any
    compensation or maintenance responsibility under this circumstance.
    3. When you transfer data from other USB devices, you would better not unplug the
    adapter until the data transfer is completed, otherwise the transmission will be
    interrupted for a few seconds. Please eject your adapter or the devices connecting to
    this adapter properly before unplug.

    zapis z prędkością USB3.1 Gen1 (5 Gb / s). Upewnij się, że Twój host (komputer)
    obsługuje specyfikację USB3.1 Gen1. W przeciwnym razie będzie odpowiadać tylko
    prędkość USB 2.0 lub USB 1.1.

    2.) Dlaczego moje urządzenia USB nie są rozpoznaje produktu?


    Zaleca się podłączenie zasilacza w przypadku korzystania z urządzeń zużywających
    dużo energii lub podłączenie USB-C PD, aby zapewnić wystarczającą moc.

    Uwaga
    1. Nie demontuj obudowy ani nie wystawiaj go na działanie wilgoci lub wysokich

    dopóki transfer danych nie zostanie zakończony, w przeciwnym razie transmisja
    zostanie przerwana na kilka sekund.
