1.1 Symbol Conventions

The symbols that may be found in this document are defined as follows.

Symbol Description
Alerts you to a hazardous emergency that could, if not avoided, result in
DANGER
serious injury or death or serious property damage.
d amage.
Alerts you to a potentially hazardous situation that could, if not
WARNING
avoided, result in serious injury or death or serious property damage.
d amage.
Alerts you to a potentially hazardous situation that could, if not
CAUTION
avoided, result in minor injury or property damage.
Provides useful information, such as information about special tools or
ATTENTION techniques, items to be checked before operation, and concepts and
task-related factors that must be considered.

1.2 Intended Audience

The Service Manual describes the detailed operation processes of troubleshooting, component
replacement, and software upgrade and maintenance during the installation and normal use of
Mindray's MobiEye 700/700T mobile radiography systems.

This document is intended for the technical support engineers and maintenance engineers who
are responsible for maintaining the MobiEye 700/700T systems, have received training in the
following knowledge and passed related tests:
1. X-ray theory and product knowledge
2. X-ray high-voltage generator knowledge
3. X-ray radiation protection knowledge
4. Electrical engineering knowledge

WARNING

 Back up default settings and user data before maintenance, and restore the data after
maintenance.
 Before device maintenance or component replacement, disconnect the AC power
supply and turn the SWITCH key to OFF. After the enclosure is removed, discharge the
capacitance box manually and wait for its LED indicator to turn off before performing
any operation. If you need to check and replace boards, disconnect the J4, J5, J6, and J7
plugs of the charging board and disconnect the battery power supply.

1.5 Spatial Planning

To facilitate operation, place the mobile radiography system in a proper location that meets the
following requirements:

1-2
Overview

1. Place the machine in a well-ventilated environment or an air-conditioned room.

2. Reserve sufficient space behind and on both sides of the machine to avoid exceptions
caused by increased temperature inside the machine.
3. Ensure that the brightness inside the room where the machine is located is adjustable.
4. Reserve three to four wall electrical outlets for connecting the sockets used by other medical
equipment in addition to the socket used by the mobile radiography system.

5. To facilitate wiring, ensure that the distance between the power interface and peripherals is
less than 2 m and that between peripherals and the mobile DR device is less than 1 m.
6. Ensure that the room where the machine is located is clean and tidy without unwanted
materials.
