    Subject: Requesting/Inquiry letter for seeking a new admission in your esteemed school

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    With due respect, I want to state that our one daughter is studying in 4 th class at Kendriya Vidyalaya IIT
    Delhi, Hauz Khas New Delhi and another in LKG at St Anthony Hauz Khas New Delhi. I am writing
    this application to you as we are looking for seats in the next class/section of your prestigious school.

    We have heard many good things about your school and thus would like to enlist our daughters for the
    UKG and 5th standard of your esteemed school. Some students at your school and their respective
    parents have recommended your school because of the high quality of holistic education imparted.

    We are highly impressed with the excellent result of students of your school in the recent board
    examination. Thus, we believe that your school will be the right platform for our daughter for building a
    bright career.

    Our daughter, Nitya Ruhela studying in 4th class at Kendriya Vidyalaya IIT Delhi, Hauz Khas New
    Delhi. Our Younger Daughter Siddhi Ruhela in LKG at St Anthony Hauz Khas New Delhi. Both are
    very obedient student with quick grasping power. Both are very active and smart girls. We believe by
    studying at your school they will not only get a good education but also be able to develop their all-
    round personality. By doing so, they will contribute to the overall name and fame of your school through
    her good results.

    I am guardian and uncle (Tau) of our daughters is a Graduate Engineer and working as Technical Officer
    in Electrical Engineering Department, IIT Delhi, Hauz Khas, New Delhi.

    Our daughter's father is an engineer as well as a graduate in English and currently working as Head
    SC/TO in Delhi Metro Rail Corporation. His wife is a postgraduate, D El Ed and B Ed. We take very
    good care of our child in terms of teaching her good manners and discipline at home. I believe you will
    notice the same when we meet you in person.

    We will be grateful to you if you could offer an opportunity to our daughter to prove her abilities and
    find seats in your school.

    I am looking forward to a reply from your side regarding the dates of the starting of the admission
    process. I would be glad if you were to accept our daughter in your reputed school. Thank you for
