Episcopal Hymnal Resources // One License SKUs

compiled by The Hymn Planner

Welcome!

UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2021

At some point in early 2021, many of the SKUs (about half by my rough estimation) in this
spreadsheet changed in One License, and despite having manually rechecked all listings in July,
some appear to still be changing.

Thank you to the many people who have alerted me to discrepancies – if you spot a problem or find
an SKU for something that was marked as not in the database, please leave a comment on the cell
of the relevant hymn and I will correct it as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding!
This spreadsheet represents an attempt to streamline, as much as possible, locating hymns and service music in Episcopal
hymnals for reporting in the One License system.

Once you have found a hymn in the sheet that you wish to report, simply copy the SKU(s) one at a time into the search
field in One License and then follow the reporting procedure. Because a number of duplicate SKUs were found in the
process of compiling this sheet, and because there are some grey areas in which you may want to use your own best
judgment, using the batch SKU reporting feature in One License is not recommended.

For each hymn there are two columns of SKUs: one for the music and the other for the words.
Below is a key to this information:
Work which appears to be in the public domain, and therefore
(Public domain)
reporting is not necessary
The SKU in the music column contains information on both the
(Included in music)
words and music, so only that SKU needs to be reported
The SKU for the words/music – to find in the OL database,
00001
copy/paste this (usually a 5-digit number) into the search box in OL
Based on the copyright information in the hymnal, this listing could
(Not in OL database)
not be definitevely located in the One License database

Click on the links that appear in when hovering over the cells below (or the tabs on the bottom of the window) for
information on the following hymnals:

NOTE:
This is a working draft and may not yet take into account all material that
has entered the public domain since the hymnal was published.

This is meant for informational purposes and is not a subsititute for a normal process of copyright reporting and
due diligence, nor is there a guarantee of accuracy. Please leave a comment if you spot any mistakes!

This document was not created or endorsed by One License LLC or Church Publishing, Inc., and all information was
compiled via manual searches using the public search tool on onelicense.net and occasional references to hymnary.
org. Information was originally accessed in July/August, 2020 and has been updated as discrepancies/changes to
SKUs in One License's database have been found.
