DEED OF DONATION
Know All Men by These Presents:
REGINA A. MOLINA, RENE C. ASOR, JUAN RAUL C. ASOR, JOSEFA RINA A.

CANONIZADO, JOEY RUEL ASOR, all of legal age, Filipino, with postal and residence address at
Boclod, San Jose, Camarines Sur, and RAEL C. ASOR, also of legal age, Filipino citizen, with postal
and residence address at San Juan Bautista, Goa, Camarines Sur, Philippines, hereinafter called the
DONOR;
And
BARANGAY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BRGY. SAN JUAN BAUTISTA POB.,

GOA, CAMARINES SUR represented by HON. REY RAFAEL DIAZ CABALLERO, also of legal
age, Filipino citizen, married and Incumbent Barangay Captain of San Juan Bautista, Goa, Camarines Sur
hereinafter called the DONEE.
WITNESSETH:
That the Donor are the absolute owner of a parcel of land situated designated as Lot 1106, Cad-
339 Goa Cadastre which more particularly described as follows, to wit;
“ A PARCEL OF LAND designated as Lot No. 1106, Cad-339 Goa Cadastre, situated at
Tagongtong, Goa, Camarines Sur containing an area of ONE THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED NINETY-NINE (1,299) SQUARE METERS. Bounded as follows; on the NE
by Lot No. 1107; on SE by Lot No. 1105; on the SW by Lot 1327; and on the NW by Lot
1115. This parcel of land is declared under the name of REGINA A. MOLINA, RENE C.
ASOR, JUAN RAUL C. ASOR, JOSEFA RINA A. CANONIZADO, JOEY RUEL
ASORand RAEL C. ASOR covering Tax Declaration bearing No. 2016-16-032-00994 with
an assessed value of P 14,250.00”
That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the Donor have for the Donee, the
said Donor by these presents Transfers and Conveys by way of Deed of Donation, into the said Donee, its
successor and assigns an integral portion of the above-cited property containing an area of ONE
HUNDRDED THIRTY-SIX (136) SQUARE METERS, free from all liens and encumbrances.
That the portion of a parcel of land donated for the construction of Brgy. Roads and for the
benefits of residents of Brgy. San Juan Bautista, Goa, Camarines Sur and other neighborhood barangays.
That the Donee hereby assumes all financial and legal expenses relative to this Deed of Donation
and so as to give effect thereof.
That the Donee does hereby accept this Donation of the above-mentioned land and does hereby
expresses its appreciation and thanks for the kindness and liberality of the Donor.

BARANGAY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BRGY. SAN JUAN BAUTISTA POB.,

GOA, CAMARINES SUR represented by HON. REY RAFAEL DIAZ CABALLERO, also of legal
age, Filipino citizen, married and Incumbent Barangay Captain of San Juan Bautista, Goa, Camarines Sur
hereinafter called the DONEE.
WITNESSETH:
That the Donor are the absolute owner of a parcel of land situated designated as Lot 1327 at San
Juan Bautista, Goa, Camarines Sur covered by Tax Declaration No. 2016-16-032-00273 containing an
area of THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT (3,558) SQUARE METERS.”
That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the Donor have for the Donee, the
said Donor by these presents Transfers and Conveys by way of Deed of Donation, into the said Donee, its
successor and assigns an integral portion of the above-cited property containing an area of ONE
HUNDRDED FIFTY-FIVE (155) SQUARE METERS, free from all liens and encumbrances.
That the portion of a parcel of land donated for right of way, for the benefits of residents of
Brgy. San Juan Bautista, Goa, Camarines Sur and other neighborhood barangays.
That the Donee hereby assumes all financial and legal expenses relative to this Deed of Donation
and so as to give effect thereof.
That the Donee does hereby accept this Donation of the above-mentioned land and does hereby
expresses its appreciation and thanks for the kindness and liberality of the Donor.
