ORDER

09 (Nine) Executive Engineers (Civil) under P.W.D. whose particulars are given below, have already
completed 15 years of satisfactory and continuous service in the rank of Assistant Engineer and
Executive Engineer taken together and they did not avail any benefit of higher scale under
Implementation of Promotion Policy (60:40) or MCAS with reference to their date of eligibility of 2 nd
higher scale.

2. Now, in pursuance of the Finance Deptt.’s Memo. No. 5100-F(P1)/FA/O.2M/46/23(N.B) dt.


31.08.2023, the Governor is pleased in the interest of public service to allow the benefit of 2rd higher
scale in respect of 09 (Nine) Executive Engineers (Civil), P.W.D. for fixation of their pay in the level 19
in Pay Matrix under ROPA-2019 (corresponding pre- revised scale of Rs. 28000 - 52000/- with Grade
Pay of Rs.7600/- in Pay Band 4B of ROPA, 2009) with effect from the date of their entitlement as noted
against their name given below until further orders:
