    LETTER OF INTENT

    Effective Date: 11 March 2024

    47499,1204, 12th Floor, Burlington Tower, Dubai, UAE. [email protected]

    This letter of intent, (the “Letter of Intent”), represents the basic terms for an agreement
    that shall be considered

    After this Letter of Intent has been made, another formal agreement may be
    constructed to the benefit of the Parties.

    I. The Buyer:
    GULF GLOBAL TRADING- FZCO
    Dubai Silicon Oasis, Tecno Hub 2, 66th Street, Nr 20, Nad Al Hessa, Dubai,
    UAE.

    II. The Seller:

    M/s Taskhir Petro General Trading LLC (UAE) CR.NO: 900802. Dubai: PO Box-
    47499,1204, 12th Floor, Burlington Tower, Dubai, UAE. [email protected]

    III. The Transaction: Buyer agrees to pay the Seller the amount of 295Us"$" Dollars
    (Two ninety five in exchange for. Urea 46 as per attched specification FOB FUJAIRAH

    IV. Payment: by latter of credit MT 700/ MT 710(at site)

    This Letter of Intent will be forwarded by


    another formal agreement./ Purchase order after receipt of agreed terms by both
    parties

    IV. Currency: All mentions of money or the usage of the "$" icon shall be known as
    referring to the US Dollar.

    VI. Governing Law: This Letter of Intent shall be governed under the laws by the
    International chamber of commerce I.e ICC 400/500/600.
