    5.12.8 Indicating Lamps

    LED type low power consumption indicating lamps with minimum 8 mm diameter size
    shall be used. Indicating lamps shall be suitable for the voltage indicated on the data
    sheet.

    5.13 Accessories

    All accessories required for erection/maintenance/operation of the switch board shall be


    supplied which shall include but not be limited to the following:

    - Levering crank for moving breaker between test and service position
    - Spanner wrench for main disconnect contacts.
    - Set of test plugs for meters and relays.
    - Spring charging handle.
    - Trolley for drawing out breaker located in upper/lower tier.
    - Test cable with male/female plugs along with test cabinet for
    electrically operating breaker outside housing.

    6.0 TESTING AND INSPECTION

    Company shall have the right to inspect the units at any time during fabrication.
    However, twenty days advance notice shall be given by Vendor/Contractor to the
    Company to witness the final routine tests at Vendor’s works. As a minimum, inspection
    and testing shall be done as per IEC 62271.

    The vendor shall, with his quotation, provide copies of certificates to prove that the
    equipment and components offered have successfully been tested by a recognized
    international testing authority at the specified operating and short circuit duty.
    Certificates shall be provided for each type and rating of equipment offered.

    Tests shall be finally performed at site in presence of vendor’s specialist after the
    completion of external cable connections. Test reports shall be compiled and forwarded
    to the Company.
