Responsibilities and * To carry out / supervise day to day gantry operations by receiving Quality compliant

• To monitor the batch wise losses and take preventive & corrective actions thereby
minimizing the losses to the extent possible through TT scrutiny for anomalies and
timely communication to the suppliers
• Loss-Gain analysis will be done to reduce losses, Achieving stock loss performance
within -0.02%, Verification of all measuring, Gantry tools, QC instruments of Gantry &
record maintained & Fuel farm patrolling and cross verification of Security records
* To receive Quality compliant product and accounting the product as per laid down
procedures in the most efficient manner in optimum cycle time in line with daily sale
requirement
• To achieve zero accident, spillage, fire and safe work environment. To promote TTs
crew to wear proper PPEs. Verification of suspect TTs and feedback to SICs/CROs
• Verification of suspect TTs calibration certificates cross checking and feed back to
SICs/CROs by continuous monitoring and analyze shift wise performance. Control
spillage and handling losses.
• Ensure good condition of safety equipment in gantry. All TT safety and security checks
documents verification

statutory approvals and other guide lines including file management and management
instructions and QC bulletins
