Course Code: MAEdM3 203 Descriptive Title: School Organization Dynamics, with Emphasis on Educational Laws on
Policies
Course Description:
This course is designed to introduce Master of Arts students in the Philippines to the key legal issues that govern daily and long-range decisions of educational leaders.
It will cover statutory provisions, rules, regulations, standards, guidelines, and instructions on the effective management and supervision of schools, as well as pertinent
provisions of applicable laws, circulars, orders, and memoranda. The course will focus on understanding educational laws, policies, and significant precedents and will
emphasize analysis of key legal concepts and application of law to major areas of educational administration. Students will also learn about policy implementation in the
school to ensure that operations are consistent with national and local laws, regulations, and issuances, and will be taught varied conflict management techniques in
handling conflict in the workplace.

problems and hypotheses, gather and analyze data, and communicate the results and theoretical and practical implications of the research to diverse audiences
