Trading From actual time of sailing from Batam, Indonesia with effect from date and time to be
Warranty/Period: agreed by the Association, for single delivery voyage, whilst under tow by “TBA” for
voyage from Batam, Indonesia to Tianjin, China. Coverage to cease at time of arrival at
Tianjin, China or 30 days after attachment whichever the sooner.
Conditions: As per Association Rules for Class I P&I amended to 4/4ths RDC (cover includes Wreck
Removal and Oil Pollution as per Class I Rules 4.14 & 4.24). Excluding Cargo Liability
absolutely.
Cover is extended to include the MLC Extension Clause 2019 (incorporated in the Club
Rules) upon receipt and approval by the Association of a completed MLC Certificate
Application Form and a letter from Owners / Managers countersigned by the ship's
Master confirming that all crew salaries are fully paid up to date.
Limit of Liability: USD 50,000,000 any one accident or occurrence or the amount required by the Nairobi
International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks 2007 &/or Convention on Civil
Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage 2001, whichever the lesser, but Crew liability
limited to a maximum of USD 50,000 any one person any one accident or occurrence.
Deductible: USD 3,500 in respect of Crew claims any one person any one accident or occurrence.
USD 150,000 in respect of RDC/FFO claims any one accident or occurrence.
USD 150,000 or 10% of total claim in respect of all claims following total &/or
constructive loss of vessel, whichever the greater.
USD 50,000 in respect of all other claims any one accident or occurrence.

All correspondents, surveyors, experts and other parties appointed by the Association to
investigate claims, or incidents which may give rise to a claim, are deemed to have
been appointed on behalf of the Member who shall be responsible for payment of their
fees and expenses and of all associated costs arising from the investigation unless the
claim or incident results in a claim being made which falls within the Rules and terms of
entry and exceeds the applicable deductible.
Call Warranty: Payable in full in advance, time being of the essence, otherwise insurance automatically
cancelled with the Association accepting no liability arising from any incident.
Warranted fully completed and signed proposal of entry form to be received at the time
of attachment of cover.
Warranted that at the commencement of the voyage and voyage stage during the
period of cover hereto, the vessel shall be seaworthy for the purpose of the particular
adventure insured.
Warranted weather routing and voyage plan to be submitted to the Association’s review
and approval prior to commencement of coverage.
Survey Warranted condition survey on vessel/ machinery / voyage / weather routing / crew
Warranty: arrangements and survey by a surveyor approved by the Association (prior to sailing)
and all recommendations to be complied with before commencement of voyage, and for
the duration of coverage being provided hereto. All costs for the Member’s account and
surveyor to issue certificate of approval and full report.
Warranted sea trials, at surveyor’s discretion, to be carried out prior to departure &
warranty surveyor to be in attendance for such sea trials.
