botanical extract that removes grease from kitchen utensils quickly
and effectively. Everyone would love to use this new type of
dishwashing liquid because it can treat dry hands and aid in skin
moisturization.

According to HERBALIFE Nutrition, according to their 2020 Diet
Decisions Survey, every Filipino is eating better nowadays, or
known as New-Normal. 53% of 8,000 respondents started to eat
vegetables and fruits. This finding shows that every Filipino is
focusing on their health. Every household must maintain
cleanliness, especially in the kitchen, since Filipinos love to
eat and also to avoid any diseases. According to researchers at
the University of Georgia, kitchen utensils spread E. coli O157:H7
or Salmonella enterica if the cleaning is not done correctly.
Before using kitchen utensils for cooking, ensure that they have
been sanitized or cleaned. Nowadays, cleanliness of utensils and
consideration of what is good for their health are priorities. in
order to clean the utensils after cooking.

Every household must use brands that kill germs and viruses.
One of the brands that will be used for cleaning is Dishwashing
Liquid. Since the dishwashing liquid is one of the cleaning
mixtures, some of the buyers of this are not considering the
ingredients of the dishwashing liquid. They are buying some brands
but not thinking about the possible outcomes. According to Green
and Bhavi (2021), "people get away with glamorous advertisements
of dish cleaning materials, liquids, and soaps manufactured using
harmful chemicals. Even those who are committed to using only
natural products can sometimes be misled by packaging, fragrance,

This led the owners to come up with the idea of creating a


dishwashing liquid that is good for the hands and also kills 99.9%
of the germs and viruses on every kitchen utensil. This allows the
owners to create a product called "Soap-er Dishwashing Liquid," a
home-made dishwashing liquid with different botanical extracts that
is natural and environment-friendly. The botanical extracts that
will be used in "Soaper Dishwashing Liquid" are Aloe Vera, Papaya,
Tomato, Cucumber, and Calamansi.

Aloe vera is a cactus-like plant that grows in desert regions


around the world. Its leaves produce a gel that is rich in vitamins
A, C, E, and B12. According to Barrington, Katherine (2017), Aloe
Vera helps to hydrate and heal the skin. Aloe Vera is a natural
moisturizer that can rehydrate the skin, avoiding dryness and

the market that uses least of chemical and prevent the dryness of
the skin. Additionally, this study will encourage family members,

Soap-er will promote the business by using Public Posters,

front of the store plus a tarpaulin to advertise the opening of
the business will hang near the site. This will be a big a big help
for a company’s sale and also to persuade everyone to try our
business.

Public Poster – one of the marketing strategies that Soap-er


Dishwashing Liquid will use public posters such as tarpaulins, and
flyers. By using this strategy, citizens will be informed in the
distribution of the flyers through Human Resource Department in
local businesses.

Social Media – a marketing strategy that will also be used to


promote the business. Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are the three
social Medias that we will choose to reach our customers. Facebook
is one of the useful social Medias as of today so we believe that
this would be great for advertisement. Our business will just need
to update from time-to-time in order to know the latest information
about the Soap-er Dishwashing Liquid. We will also use hashtags
for the netizens to easily see our latest updates.

Word of Mouth- this will be a marketing strategy that Soaper


Dishwashing Liquid will use. Nowadays by word of mouth we attract
and we want to try something new. It is just like a sales talk that
persuades everyone to try our business. By using this kind of

Technical Product/Service Description

Soap-er Dishwashing Liquid is a detergent use to clean


utensils and other kitchen stuffs. This is made from botanical
extract which are papaya, cucumber, tomatoes, aloe vera and
calamansi that are environment-friendly. The difference of our
dishwashing liquid to other detergent are the ingredient use, which
are extracts that give a good benefit to the users because it also
serves as a moisturizer that prevent hands from dryness. Soap-er
Dishwashing Liquid is high quality in affordable price where
consumers can afford to purchase.

It can be seen in the figure that customers or consumers can


buy the Soap-er Dishwashing Liquid at the physical store. This

raw materials are turned into the new innovation of dishwashing
liquid that can clean the utensils and helps the hands to feel soft

a place on the market because they didn't have enough investment
to buy a place. Additionally, rent will be paid straight from the

cash will be put to use as additional capital for investments and

The raw materials for Soap-er Dishwashing Liquid are easily
acquired from our supplier of dishwashing kits and raw materials.
After acquiring the precise quantity of components needed to
produce a dishwashing liquid, we made it ourselves using manpower
according on our weekly and monthly supply. After that, we'll
inspect the produce items before handling the packaging. After
completing the entire process of creating dishwashing liquid, we
will put it in our physical store in Cabanatuan City and post it
online via social media. Thus, we offer direct and indirect
distribution methods to our resellers, distributors and customers.

Since Soap-er Dishwashing Liquid is a start-up business and


it is still small sized business, the proponents decided to store

labor and a more comfortable environment for clients. Water is used
to make the store run more smoothly, it can be used to clean the
products and tools that will be needed in the shop and help to keep
the shop clean, free of bacteria, and comfortable for prospective
customers. The provider of the water is Cabanatuan Water District.
Telephone and Wi-Fi connections will help facilitate the
transaction in a business, it serves as an easier communication
with the customers and suppliers of the business or medium of
communication, it helps to make the relationship with the customers
easier. The proponent’s provider of Wi-Fi and telephone connections
is PLDT.

Waste Disposal/Management

Soap-er Dishwashing Liquid waste disposal is one of the


factors that every business needs to consider and give attention.
Plastics that contain our raw materials for the production needs
proper segregation from the solid waste and liquid waste for
example solid waste like bottles and plastics are going to the
trash collectors every other day by having contacts with them we
can make sure the consistency of our waste disposal. Plastics that
contain chemical will be buried at the backyard where no one can
easily access to prevent chemical complications. Recycling of
bottles is also an option to make more sustainable and creative as
well aside from being eco-friendly.

The compensation of the employees on the managerial position


is based on their shares as partnership and each of them will
receive ₱13,200 monthly and ₱158,400 per annum. A production staff
will compensate ₱425 as daily rate base on the minimum wage of the
province of Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.

Benefits/other Benefits

The employees of Soap-er Dishwashing Liquid will also receive


benefits including medical, paid holidays and the 13th-monthly
salary deduction. The SSS, Phil health and Pag-Ibig benefits, half
will be deducted to their salary and half will be shouldered by

Medical, Dental and Occupational Safety

The law specified that “any enterprise in any place shall


give free medical and dental care to its employees.” It is based
on the Philippine Labor Code’s Article 157, which the Soap-er
Dishwashing Liquid will put into practice. In addition to providing
its employees with health and dental care, Soap-er Dishwashing
Liquid will also look out for their safety on the job. Every three
months, an overall examination will be performed on employees to

Holiday Pay

13th Month Pay

Regarding DOLE’s issuance of Labor Advisory No. 28 Series


of 2020, it clarifies the obligations on employers for paying 13th
month pay. It is a statutory obligation that employers in the
Philippines are strictly mandated to pay to all covered employees.
For the computation of 13th month pay, Soap-er Dishwashing Liquid
computed the salary earned of each employee divided by 12.

Meal and Rest period

• Meal Period-according to the Philippine Labor Code, each


employer must provide at least sixty (60) minutes or one (1)
hour of time off for their workers’ regular meals. This is
subject to any legislation deemed necessary by the Secretary
of Labor. As a consequence, Soap-er Dishwashing Liquid

hour lunch period for its employees, guaranteeing that they
do not violate any labor rules.
• Rest Period-one of management’s obligations is to ensure that
workers have at least twenty-four (24) hours of rest every
week. Employees of the Soap-er Dishwashing Liquid are
entitled to take breaks on any day of the week, provided they
do not take consecutive leaves on the same day. The right of
employees to take time off must be honored by the employer.
The company chose Sunday as the rest day every week.

Attendance/Punctuality

For all employees, regular attendance and punctuality are


essential qualities. Employee attendance and punctuality are
crucial because skipping work negatively impacts both productivity

or absenteeism, as per the organizations policies.

If employees are going to be absent, make sure that there is


further notice as for the following:

The bases for the disciplinary actions of an employee are the

An employee’s activities may fit under one or more of these


categories. Any employee of the College, regardless of status, may
be subject to disciplinary action by the President where there is
good cause. These sanctions may consist of the following:

• Oral or written warnings – The employer may issue an oral


or written warning when the employee is consistently late
and absent for work.
• Suspension without pay – The company will issue a letter
of suspension when an employee is consistently making
mistakes in their work multiple times. Employee will be
suspended for 30 days because employer is conducting an
investigation into an alleged matter of misconduct
involving them that worried the company will be at risk if
the employee stays at work.
• Termination – If an employee doesn’t make any changes and
continues to violate company standards and treat coworkers
disrespectfully, the employer will issue paper for
termination. Also, when a worker’s performance has declined
to the extent that, despite warnings, work is no longer
completed on time or to the standard required for the
position.
