actual buyers, such as but not limited to certificate of title, tax declaration, lot plan,
vicinity map, among others.

3. To prepare the documents for sale, subject for approval and signature of the
undersigned owners of the properties.

4. To do any and all things, whatever requisite in the foregoing premises for me
and on my behalf.

5. That the authority hereunder shall be in effect until revoked.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
to do and perform every act or thing necessary to be done in and about the premises,
as fully and to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present and
hereby RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall do or
lawfully cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
