Our Digital Enablement (DE) services help clients across the enterprise systems lifecycle – from evaluation through implementation and
ongoing upgrades and improvement based on the top ‘Enterprise Solution’ packages as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Coupa and Salesforce –
encompassing ERP [finance, supply chain improvement], HR, Sourcing, Business Planning, Analytics, Digital Next solutions. This practice
helps our clients through their technology transformation journey by assisting them to navigate through the stages of system
implementation from configuration, through testing and training, up to the cutover phase.

We help clients explore initiatives such as process transformation in business areas mentioned above and technology concepts such as
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), cloud adoption, IT/Ops Tech integration and analytics/reporting to create competitive advantage in their
business function. With leading practices, we also help them improve IT total-cost-of-ownership and create better alignment with business
processes. Further, we help them reduce compliance costs through automated controls and improved access and business process
monitoring.

Importantly, we help clients evaluate and develop their most effective internal operating model and manage the organizational change
required for successful transformation projects.

Role and responsibilities

In this role you will:

- Work as part of the Digital Enablement (DE) advisory and implementation engagements.
- Develop skillsets for functional consulting in areas related to finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, planning – depending on
the area of interest and requirement on the client side
- Understand nuances of client engagement from requirements gathering to negotiation, value outlining and project delivery –
all important aspects of becoming the client’s “trusted advisor” on the enterprise solutions stack
- Work directly with Project Manager/Functional consultant to understand business requirement and translate them using
digital tools into functional and technical specifications, make/buy decisions
- In-charge on any technical issues as well as coordinate with SAP/Oracle/Microsoft/other Enterprise Solution providers on any
product issues.
- Aspire to develop certain technical skillsets in the areas where requirements arise, so that you can underscore your functional
capability with an understanding of the underlying enterprise solutions platform’s capability
- Develop technical specification documents and the related documents in the project.
- Assist team leader in solving any project issues as well as research technology solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Provide consistent high-quality deliverables in every engagement with a client.
- Actively contribute to knowledge learning, sharing, and building up of the team, demonstrate situational leadership
- Become an ambassador of KPMG by developing a strong understanding of KPMG’s service lines and projecting them
appropriately in various parts of the client engagement lifecycle
- Remain open to 360 degree feedback and consult with team members/client representatives to arrive at a win-win value
proposition that can be appropriately deployed on an enterprise systems framework
- Remain actively participating during the time client is in the process of deploying the enterprise solution, as a solution
consultant/project manager/subject matter expert

The candidate

Qualification

▪ Master’s in business administration or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with BE/BTech background.
Certification(s) in SAP/other enterprise solutions would be an added bonus.
▪ Consistent academics – a minimum of 60% throughout X, XII, Graduation with no backlog.

Selection process

We will be conducting a virtual evaluation process comprising of an Aptitude as well as psychometric test followed by group discussions
and 2 to 3 rounds of interviews. This process is subject to changes based on number of applications received.
