Technology Overview
DYNAMIC MIXER AND
RAW MATERIAL RECIRCULATION

The dynamic mixing system includes specially


designed rotor with variable mixing speeds that
ensures the homogenous mix of the material.
Twin's machines are equipped with complete
recirculation for each component. This ensures
consistent temperature, viscosity and other properties
for the materials to be mixed. The system also helps to
reduce the shot-time and prevents loss of material.

ELECTRICAL HEATING
Twin's MMD systems provide accurate temperature
controls for tanks and hoses to ensure consistent
temperature for the components, throughout the
process. Operator can easily adjust the temperature
with one touch control.
