    A concise glimpse into the role

    As a part of the business development team, you will leverage excellent presentation and communication
    skills. Your role demands good technical knowledge as you immerse yourself in articulating the value
    propositions of our products. Being smart, confident, punctual and disciplined is integral.

    Under the mentorship of seasoned team members, you will contribute to the pre-sales process, engaging
    with potential clients, and effectively communicating the benefits of our solutions. This dynamic role
    requires flexibility and adaptability to meet global client needs, making it an ideal opportunity for growth
    in a collaborative environment.

    Your time will be invested in


    Demo Environment Setup and Testing:

    • Set up and configure demo environments for various applications, ensuring seamless integration
    between different systems for effective demonstrations.
    • Conduct thorough testing of the demo environment to identify and resolve any technical glitches.
    • Validate the functionality and performance of the demo setup before showcasing it to clients.

    Learning Different Applications' Functional Parts:

    • Acquire in-depth knowledge of diverse Ecommerce, CRM, ERP platforms to understand the
    functional aspects and intricacies of each application to present comprehensive demos
    • Stay updated on the latest features and updates of the applications in the demo portfolio.

    Lead Analysis and Trial Responsibility:

    • Provide comprehensive training to users on implemented solutions.


    • Analyze client requirements and lead engagement efforts to understand their pain points.
    • Effectively communicate with potential clients to comprehend their needs and expectations
    • Address any queries or concerns during the trial period to showcase the value of the product

    Requirement Analysis and Tailored Solutions:

    • Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements to identify specific pain points.


    • Understand the unique challenges faced by each client to propose tailored solutions
    • Propose customized solutions that address the identified pain points.
    • Adeptly present the proposed solutions during client interactions, demonstrating an understanding
    of their business needs.
    Requirements:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and
    persuasively.
    • Proficiency in creating visually appealing presentations and confidence in articulating ideas and
    solutions.
    • Ability to handle inquiries and challenges with composure.
    • Understanding of the technical aspects of APPSeCONNECT and translating technical details into
    comprehensible benefits for clients.
    • Effective networking skills and relationship-building capabilities.
    • Previous involvement in public speaking or presenting at events is a plus.
    • Comfortable addressing an audience and delivering information with confidence

    Qualifications:

    • Candidates must be BE/BTECH (IT/CS/ECE), BCA, MCA or BSc. (Computer) 2023-2024


    • Academic percentage criteria for 10th,12th, Graduation - 60% or above throughout.
