ORDER
The Delegat ion of Powers including the Administ rat ive and Financial Powers of
Executive Officers was last revised as per B.0 read as 1 above. Later only
Financial Powers of the Execut ive Officers were revised during 2008, 2014 and
2017. The Delegat ion of Powers of Full Time Directors was last revised as per B.0
read as 3rd above. Further, the DOP of Ministerial Officers of KSEBL was revised as
per B.O read as 4th above.

As per the direction of the Chaiman and Managing Direct or to revise the DOP
of Execut ive Officers and Full Time Directors, meetings were convened by the
Director (P, S & SCM) on 7th, 9tn and 17tn September 2021; inputs from all SBUs
have been taken and consolidat ed. Accordingly, the draft proposals to revise the
DOP of Execut ive Officers were circulat ed to associat ions of executive officers
for offering their comments and relevant suggestions were incorporat ed. The
draft proposals to revise the DOP of Full Time Directors were also prepared by
enhancing the powers in line with the proposed DOP of Execut ive Officers
The Delegat ion of Powers of Execut ive Officers and Full Time Directors of
KSEBL was revised as per B.O read as 5h above subject to rat ificat ion of Board of
Directors. The Board in its 63rd meeting held on 14.03.2022 had considered the
proposal for revision of Delegat ion of Powers of Execut ive officers and Full Time
Directors of KSEBL but the mat ter was deferred for furt her review. Subsequent ly,
the Full Time Directors in their meet ings held on 27.04.2022 and 07.05.2022 had
resolved to modify certain clauses, based on suggest ions from various offices,
subject to rat ificat ion of the Board of Direct ors.
The matter was placed before the Board of Direct ors as per note read as 6th
above. Having examined the matter in detail in the 64th meeting of the Board of
Directors held on 12.05.2022, it was resolved to approve the revision of the
Delegat ion of Powers of the Execut ive Officers and Full Time Directors and not ify
accordingly.
The approved Delegat ion of Powers (DOP 2022) is attached to this order as:
1. Annexure !: The Delegat ion of Powers 2022 of Execut ive officers and
2. Annexure Il: The Delegat ion of Powers 2022 of Full Time Directors
Resolved further t hat the DOP 2022 effective vide B.O. (FTD) No.107/2022
(CP/Plg.2/DOP/2021-22) dat ed 07.02.2022 shall be replaced forthwith.
