GRILLED TUNA RECIPE

Grilled tuna is a delicious and healthy dish. Here's a simple recipe for grilled tuna steaks:

Ingredients:

 2 tuna steaks (about 6-8 ounces each)

 2 tablespoons olive oil

 2 cloves garlic, minced

 1 tablespoon lemon juice

 1 teaspoon soy sauce

 Salt and pepper to taste

 Optional: chopped fresh herbs such as parsley, thyme, or rosemary for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the grates are clean and lightly oiled to
prevent sticking.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and soy sauce to create
a marinade.

3. Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.

4. Place the tuna steaks in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over
them. Make sure the tuna is evenly coated with the marinade. Allow the tuna to marinate for
about 15-30 minutes at room temperature, or longer in the refrigerator if desired.

5. Once the grill is hot, remove the tuna steaks from the marinade and place them directly onto
the grill grates.

6. Grill the tuna steaks for about 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer if you prefer your
tuna more well-done. Avoid overcooking to keep the tuna moist and tender.

7. Once the tuna is grilled to your desired doneness, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a
few minutes.

8. Optionally, garnish the grilled tuna steaks with chopped fresh herbs before serving.

9. Serve the grilled tuna steaks hot with your favorite side dishes, such as grilled vegetables, rice,
or a fresh salad.
