Megacem Concrete Inc. is pleased to offer you the position of Accounting and Finance Manager.
Your skills and experience will be an ideal fit for our Accounting and Finance Department. We
believe that your technical competencies and educational background will be a valuable asset to
our company.
As we discussed, your starting date will be on September 15, 2027. This position is also subjected
to pre-employment checks and completion of the probationary period during which time your
performance will be reviewed. The starting salary is Php 600,000 per year and is paid on a bi-
monthly basis which will be paid direct into your bank account.
Full family medical coverage will be provided through our company's employee benefit plan.
Dental and optical insurance are also available. Megacem Concrete Inc. offers a flexible paid time-
off plan which includes vacation, personal, and sick leave. Time off accrues at the rate of one day
per month for your first year, then increases based on your tenure with the company. Eligibility
for the company retirement plan begins 90 days after your start date.
