Greetings with prosperity!
The Student Alliance of the Philippine Science High School - MIMAROPA region campus will be
conducting its 2nd Junior-Senior Promenade! The red carpet is waiting and the cameras are
flashing. With the theme of: “Teen Visionaries: Fashion for Scholarly Creatives”, scholars
are expected to put their best model faces on, and truly get creative with their fashion. Abidance
with the Code of Conduct regarding the dress code is also heavily encouraged.
Safety measures will be in place to ensure a secure environment for all attendees. Any form of
legal endangerment of fellow attendees and destruction of property will not be held liable by the
Student Alliance. Transportation arrangements will be made with the Student Alliance. For those
who will not be participating in this, the transportation will then be the responsibility of the
student/guardian.
Lastly, a contribution of ₱750 is required for each participant to cover for the overall preparation
and execution of the event. Once agreed with the terms and conditions, you may send your
child/rens’ contribution through this Gcash Number:

Alternatively, the tethered cash amount may also be given to their respective Batch
Representatives and Batch Peace Officers.
Please confirm your child’s attendance by sending the Parent Consent Form to the
homeroom adviser/Batch Representatives/Google Drive not later than April 15, 2024,
Friday.

may still occur.
3. I hereby waive and release PSHS-MRC and the Student Alliance, their representatives,
employees, and volunteers from any liability for any injury, loss, damage, or other
consequences arising out of or related to _______________________(Name of
Student) attending the Junior-Senior prom.
4. I agree that I will not hold PSHS-MRC or the Student Alliance responsible for any costs,
expenses, or damages that may arise directly or indirectly from

and safety protocols established by the organizers during the prom event.
