Abstract –
This project aims to manage student admission system automatically. The number of
students can join this project from both under-graduate and graduate studies to increase work
process with fast and accurate through most colleges. Manual registration process makes
results slowly it results a huge number of students waiting inside the registration halls. This
project helps a lot to overcome this problem.

Introduction:
The Student Admission System is the central part of the educational administration
system which consists of registration guidance, registration controlling, graduate course
registration, dropping the course in the middle.
The system improved the registration mechanism. It implemented course registration
of common course for graduate & post-graduate students.
Project objective will be focused on developing Student Admission System to ensure
effectiveness of the flow of registration, moreover the system will offer a complete
management system that integrated with the Admission System to help stakeholder for
maintaining the flow process of the course.
Registration process will be done online without the need of paperwork anymore. It
also helps the student to get more information about the course process while they enrolled.
We are also making a website for Student Admission System. This website will
provide a registration facility as well as information of many courses for students.

After registration gets completed, we provide an enrollment number to students and

that enrollment number is required for further admission process.

This project will also provide the list of students that are admitted after registration and
waiting list. It also provides their batches and roll numbers. Students get batches on the basis
of merit rank.

 We visited to XYZ College and COCSIT, Latur for information
gathering and to know how admission system works properly.

 We collect samples of admission form, prospectus, admission receipt,

and other related documents.

 We visited to websites of concern colleges to know online procedure

about student admissions in the college.

Conclusion:
The “Computerized course registration Systems” is a Dot net based project which
offers user to enter the data through simple and interactive forms for registration to get
admission. This is very helpful for the all users to enter the desired information through so
much simplicity.

The simplicity of this project makes comfortable handling for admin as well as student. The
user is mainly more concerned about the validity of the data, whatever he is entering. From a
proper analysis of positive points and constraints on the component. It can be safely
concluded that the product is a highly efficient GUI based component .This application is
working properly and meeting to all user requirement this component can be easily plugged in
many other system.
