Your typical day

I am a university student, so my day usually starts early in the morning. I
usually wake up at 6 am, but sometimes, if I have an early class, I will set my
alarm for 5:30 am. After getting up and showering, I like having a healthy
breakfast to give me energy for the day ahead. I usually have oatmeal with
fruits or eggs with whole wheat toast. Then, I will check my emails and
messages to see if any urgent matters need my attention. My first class usually
starts at 7:00 am. Depending on the traffic, getting there can take anywhere
from 20 to 30 minutes. After my morning classes, I usually take a break to grab
some lunch and relax. I like to bring my lunch from home to save money and
eat healthier. But if I’m feeling lazy, I’ll grab something from the campus
cafeteria or a nearby restaurant. I have some free time in the afternoon to catch
up on readings or assignments, attend club meetings or hang out with friends.
Sometimes, I will hit the gym or go for a run to stay active and clear my mind.
My evening classes usually start at 5 pm, so I’ll head back to campus around
4:30 pm. After class, I’ll head back home to have dinner with my family, do
some studying or work on any group projects. Finally, before going to bed, I
like to reflect on my day, set some goals for the next day, and relax by reading
a book or watching a TV show. That’s a typical day in my life.

2. My future job
My dream is to become a tour guide. Because I want to go many places, discover
new lands and above all use their knowledge and their willingness to introduce
Vietnam culture to everyone. I like to be guides in the scenic area, temple, church.
I think traditional culture are things that need to be preserved and handed down.
For a career, I need to improve foreign language capital, knowledge, cheerful,
friendly attitude keeps everyone and above all, always passionate profession. Pair
of guides to help me practice presentation capabilities to the crowd. This is a
pretty hard job for a girl, so I have to try even more. I will have to balance the
dream of the river itself and the family later.

3. Your free time activities

My favorite things to do in my free time is hanging out with my friends and
playing sports. I am a very outgoing person, so I love to meet and have relaxing
times with my friends at the weekend. We usually sit at a coffee shop to chat
about our week, or we sometimes go shopping to buy some foods and then cook at
one of our houses. Those times are when I feel comfortable to talk about myself,
and it really helps me to relieve the pressure from the work over the entire week.
When all of my friends are busy, I choose to go to the park and play some sports
such as badminton and shuttlecock kicking. There are always people that want to
play with me, so I do not need a partner whenever I want to play sports. Besides, I
also go to the pool to have some fun under the water, and I am pretty good at
swimming. A week for me is so long, but thinking of the free and good time to do
whatever I like on Saturday and Sunday give me more strength and energy to
finish it.

4. Your hobbies
Hobbies are an integral part of my life, providing me with moments of joy,
relaxation. One of my favorite hobbies is reading. It helps me learn about other
cultures, helps me escape into different stories and learn new thing . I also enjoy
spending time outside , whether it's going for a hike in nature, taking photographs
of scenic landscapes, or simply enjoying a leisurely stroll in the park.It makes me
feel refreshed and gives me a break from my busy life. Cooking is another thing I
love. I enjoy trying new recipes and sharing meals with my family and friends.
Experimenting with new recipes, flavors, and techniques allows me to unleash my
creativity in the kitchen and share delicious meals with loved ones. Overall, I have
a lot of different hobbies that make me happy and help me feel connected to
myself and the world.

5. Your house
My house is in the countryside. We have lived there for more than twenty years.
This is a fairly large house surrounded by luxuriant gardens. My house has three
bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom with a shower, a dining room, a kitchen and
a toilet. It is equipped with air conditioning and full amenities. The living room is
beautifully decorated with my mother's hand-embroidered paintings hanging on
the wall. There, on Sundays and holidays, my father used to spend time playing
chess or drinking tea with friends. I love my house very much because that's
where I was born and raised

6. Tell about a talented person

When it comes to talented individuals I know, Do Nhat Nam immediately comes
to mind.Do Nhat Nam, also known as the 'English prodigy,' is an amazing person
who has impressed many people. He's from Hanoi and has always been very smart
and focused on learning. With help from his family, he's become really good at
English. Nam has done some cool things, like speaking at big conferences in the
United States and doing well as a translator and writer. He's also done great on
tests for English skills. Right now, he's studying in the United States and still

7. A family member that you feel close to

I will tell you about a family member whom I love dearly, and that person is
my mother. This year, my mother is a 47 year olds household wife. She’s a bit
fat and short, she has a beautiful long black hair. My mom is quite a strict and
traditional person, but she always has been with me through thick and thin and
is also the one that made me the way I am today.
She always smiles thus everyone consider her a friendly person. My mom
loves every members of the family with all her heart. She agreed to be a
household woman instead of working out. She’s very busy, she always wakes
up earliest in the morning to prepare breakfast, and do household chores…and
goes to bed last in the night. But that doesn't make her sad because my dad and
I always join hand to help mother whenever we have free time.
My mother and I did lots of things together. We often go shopping, discuss
books we read, or do chores together, but our favorite bonding activity is
cooking. She taught me a lot of things in life and taught me how to be a better
verse of myself, make me mature every day.
And that story also clearly shows why I adore her so much. My mother loves
her children to bits and will go to great lengths to ensure our happiness. To her,
nothing is as important as her family, and so she makes her best efforts along
with my father to keep us fed and safe. My mother is a strong woman who has
endured plenty of ups and downs in her life, yet she is always all smiles to keep
everyone optimistic. No words can describe my admiration and gratitude for
her.

8. Your friend
Now, I talking about my best friend, her name is Huong. She is 18 years old
this year. We are best friend since childhood. She studies English at Bank
Academy. Huong is shorter than me, she has a round face and big eyes, looks
very cute. Her hair waves naturally, I really like it. What I admire most about
Huong's attitude is how friendly and helpful she is to everyone around her. She
often participates in volunteer activities and wants to help many peoples. Her
hobbies are traveling and playing sports. She plays sports very well, especially
badminton. She usually spends 1 hour everyday playing badminton. Our
common hobby is listening to music, we both like Korean music. On weekends

my friends. I did my homework at eight p.m. At midnight, I brushed my teeth
and went to the bed. That is my yesterday. Thanks for listening!

10. Your family

I come from a family of four, which includes my parents, my older sister, and
myself. My parents are both retired now, but they used to work in education
and healthcare respectively. My sister is a teacher and shes married with two
kids. We all live in the same city, so we get to see each other quite often.Im
very close to my family and we have a great relationship. We enjoy spending
time together, whether its cooking a meal, playing board games, or going on a
vacation. We also support each other through both good times and bad.My
family is very important to me because they provide me with a sense of
belonging and support. They have always been there for me, no matter what. I
know that I can rely on them for advice, encouragement, and love. They have
helped me become the person that I am today and I am grateful for them every
day.

11. Your familys favorite activities

My familys favorite activitie is cooking s we always think it is better to have
home cooked food and usually have big feasts on the weekends especially
when my family gathered to make Chung cake for the Tet holiday. The Lunar
New Year, or Tet, was a very special traditional holiday in my country. It was
probably my favorite holiday when I was a small boy, as my family did a lot of
activities to celebrate this occasion. Among them, making Chung cake excited
me the most. Traditionally, we always made Chung Cake two days before the
Lunar New Year. We had a big yard behind our house, and the Chung cake
was made there, from preparing ingredients, to shaping the cake to cook it. I
still remember having helped my parents prepare the cake’s ingredients while
my elder brother was in charge of shaping the cake. And then, my father lit a
small fire to boil (đun sôi) the cake overnight. It was perhaps the only time of
the year when I was allowed to stay up late.

12. Your life

I am currently a college student, so my daily life mostly surrounds schoolwork.
In the morning, I usually wake up around 6am, and the first thing I often do in
the morning is to revise my homework before school time. Nighttime is the
best time for me, because after a long day of me being up to my ears in
schoolwork, its good to sit back and relax while doing my hobbies. After a few
hours of studying, I often go outside to have some fresh air and might hit the
gym if I feel like it. Some exercises like that actually chill out my mind and it
works best for me to release stress. After some exercises, I go back home and
make myself some food for lunchtime before going to school until 5pm.
During school break, I usually have some chit-chat with my friends to recharge
my batteries after a long hours of study.

13. The food you like

One of my favorite foods is bread. It is an extremely popular dish and is known
by many tourists. Bread is also known as sandwich baquette. The highlight of
the bread lies in its crunchiness, richness in flavor, bringing great taste. Bread
includes pate, butter, cucumber, chili, In addition, inside the bread, there are
different types of filling such as: fried eggs, silk rolls, char siu, grilled meat,
sausages, All create a unique flavor for the dish. With prices from only VND
15,000 to VND 25,000, this is a convenient, cheap, delicious and nutritious
dish. Most foreign tourists coming to Vietnam will try to taste this dish.
Because this is considered a typical cuisine of Vietnam. Ive been eating bread
for a long time, about 20 years. This dish will forever be my favorite.

14. Your favourite restaurant

The name of my favorite restaurant is Al Fresco's and its situated in the center
of Ha Noi the city. The restaurant has 3 floors and the seating arrangement is
quite nice. Paintings of famous artists have been hanging on the walls and the
place is quite neat and clean. The interior decoration has a charming and
gorgeous feeling. The ground floor is spacious and can accommodate more
than 50 cars parking. The front view of the restaurant is different as the place
gives the impression of an urban garden. The restaurant offers several dishes
including exotic desserts, ice-creams and also offers a separate place for the
kids to play and have fun. The prices are reasonable and the foods are served
quickly as opposed to some other restaurants where you will have to wait for a
long time for your food to appear on your table. The waiters and other staffs
are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant offers Chinese, Italian, Indian,
Thai, Pakistani and local menus that give you a wide range of options to pick
from. In short, this is a really nice restaurant to go and enjoy the delicious
meal.

15: Do you want to live in the big city

Yes, I like living in the big city for a number of reasons.Firstly, there are ample
job opportunities across various industries, allowing individuals to pursue their
career aspirations and advance professionally and I can find more good jobs
there after graduating. Additionally, cities are hubs of cultural diversity,
providing residents with exposure to different languages, cuisines, and
traditions, fostering a rich and vibrant community. Access to top-notch
healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and recreational activities is
another advantage, ensuring a high quality of life for city dwellers. Moreover,
the convenience of public transportation systems and proximity to amenities
like shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues make daily life
more convenient and enjoyable. Finally, the big city's dynamic and competitive
environment will motivate me to constantly develop myself and accumulate
more work experience in the future.

16: Do you want to live in the countryside

Yes, I really like living in the countryside because of some reasons.
Environmental speaking, it is a good place with fresh air. It provides a
peaceful and tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
The clean air, lush greenery, and serene landscapes contribute to a healthier
lifestyle, both physically and mentally. We can enjoy a healthy natural
condition without worrying much about pollution. Besides, rural areas are safer
than cities and as for social security.Because most of the people are friendly
and willing to help each other. There is less traffic so it's safer for children. The
special thing that people like living in the countryside is the cost of living here
is usually cheaper so this is the ideal place to raise children. Finally, people in
the city get stressed easily because of pollution, job pressures,
competitions ... .On the contrary, those bad things are very rare in the
countryside. To sum up, except income matters, the countryside is a better
resident than cities

17: Your living place

I live in a rural area surrounded by lush green fields, rolling hills and
meandering streams. Surrounded by rolling hills, lush green fields, and
meandering streams, it's a picturesque retreat. Each morning, I wake up to the
melodious chirping of birds and the gentle rustle of leaves swaying in the
breeze. The air is crisp and fresh, perfumed with the scent of wildflowers and
earth. The place where I live is peaceful and serene, far away from the hustle
and bustle of the city. It is a close-knit community with friendly neighborhoods
who are always ready to lend a helping hand. The air is clean and the
environment is unpolluted, making it a perfect place for those seeking
tranquility and a connection with nature. There are vast open spaces where one
can go for walks or engage in outdoor activities. The landscape is dotted with
small farms and traditional houses, adding to the charm of the countryside.
Despite the limited amenities and instructions compared to urban areas, the
simplicity and beauty of rural life makes it a wonderful place to call home

Hello everyone, my name is... Today I want to introduce a little bit about my
city capital- Hanoi. Hanoi, the bustling capital of Vietnam, is a vibrant city that
combines both the charm of its ancient past and the excitement of its modern
present. This city is where the government of Vietnam works and makes
important decisions for the country. In Hà Nội, you can find a mix of old and
new things to see and do. For example, the Old Quarter is a part of the city
where the streets are narrow, and there are many small shops and food stalls.
Walking around there, you can feel like you’ve traveled back in time with all
the traditional buildings and bustling activity. There are also many famous
places to visit in Hà Nội, like Hoàn Kiếm Lake, which has a beautiful old
bridge called the Huc Bridge. Another famous place is the Ho Chi Minh
Mausoleum, where people go to pay their respects to Ho Chi Minh, who was
an important leader in Vietnam’s history. Hà Nội is known for its friendly
people, delicious food, and rich culture, making it an exciting and welcoming
destination for visitors from all over the world who want to experience the

everyday she cooks delicious dishes for my family. Many people think doing
housework is small, leisurely things. But I think these are jobs that only love

share and confide. Mom was extremely warm and gave me very useful advice.
Once, I encountered a sad thing in studying. At the time, I closed the door in
the room all day, didn’t eat, didn’t sleep, made my mother very worried. My
mother was busy working, but after finishing, mother came and hugged me,
encouraging and comforting me.
It can be said that Mom is the most valuable gift for me. She is the
motivation for me to try harder in life.. I hope she is always healthy and happy
to be with us everyday.

22. One of your neighbors

Hello everyone , today I will introduce about my neighbors. She is Ms Lan.
She is a kind-hearted and friendly woman who has lived next door for as long
as I can remember. She's a retired school teacher, and her love for education
shines through in everything she does. Despite her age, she's incredibly active
in the community and always lends a helping hand to those in need. Mrs. Lan
has a beautiful garden that she tends to with great care. She spends hours
outside, meticulously pruning and watering her plants, and it's evident that she
finds great joy in nurturing them. One of the things I admire most about Mrs.
Lan is her willingness to listen and offer support. Whenever I've had a rough
day or needed someone to talk to, she's been there with a sympathetic ear and
words of wisdom. Her presence alone brings a sense of comfort and
reassurance to the entire neighborhood. Overall she was a good neighbor and
she made the neighborhood a better place.

26. Your last holiday

Last summer, I had the opportunity to experience an unforgettable
summer vacation in the dreamy city of Hue. I was captivated by its ancient,
romantic beauty and its friendly, welcoming people. I spent five days exploring
famous landmarks such as the Hue Citadel, Thien Mu Pagoda, Truong Tien
Bridge, and the poetic Huong River. Each place had its unique beauty, leaving
me awestruck. In addition, I had the chance to savor Hue specialties like Bun
Bo Hue, Hen Rice, Banh Beo, Nam, Loc... Each dish had a rich, unforgettable
flavor. My summer vacation in Hue left me with beautiful memories and
valuable lessons. Hue is not only a beautiful city but also an important part of
the nation's history and culture. Surely, I will return to Hue one day soon to
continue exploring its wonders.

27. Your English class

When I first started university, I had a lot of surprises about where I live
and learn, fearing that I would not be able to do well in subjects at school,
especially English. However, after trying my best last semester, I feel that the
English class at university is not as bad as I thought. I see here that it not only
gives me language knowledge but also a place to train my soft skills and
connect me with friends. With the guidance of an experienced and lovely
teacher, I have a nice English class with a lot of useful skills and knowledge.
With their dynamic and open learning environments, English classes at
university are an ideal destination for students passionate about conquering
languages and exploring the world.

28. My favourite transport

My favourite form of transport station is bus. Although it has a few
disadvantages, I still like it because of these advantages. Bus is another popular
mode of transport that offers its own unique advantages and experiences. First,
bus is very cheap and suits for everybody. The next, using bus is convenient
and bus ticket is cheaper than train or plane tickets. Nowadays, buses are
equipped air-conditioner and free in order to service customer. Imaging in rush
hour, a thousand of people get stuck outside with a freaking hot weather, you
can enjoy air conditioner and surfing Facebook. Third, beside a low cost, the
convenience can lessen the number of cars on street and thus reduce carbon
dioxide emission to the atmosphere. In conclusion, going by bus has many
benefits for us and for society.

29. The wheather in my hometown

Viet Nam is a tropical country, but there are differences in the weather between
regions. For example, in the North- my hometown, there are four seasons:
spring, summer, autumn and winter. First is spring, it is a pleasant and
colourful season and is my favourite of all the seasons. During spring, the
climate is neither too cold nor too hot, which makes it the perfect season. In
nature, spring is the time when trees and plants begin to grow new leaves. Next
is summer, it is the hottest season. The summer season is when the days are
longer than nights. People often spend their time going on vacations to the
beach and cooler destinations during summer to escape the heat.. Although the
days get hotter, people enjoy doing lots of different activities. Third, Autumn is
also known as ‘fall’ because the leaves from the trees start falling in Autumn.
Due to lack of rain, leaves start drying up and then they fall and the new leaves
come up in winter. Autumn season teaches us that even if the leaves fall, new
leaves will take their place one day. The last, the coldest time of the year- the
winter season. The winter in my hometown is frosty but there is no snow.
Because there is a lot of fog, sometimes i can’t see anything about 50 meters
away. that’s all about wheather in my hometown however I still love all
seasons of my country.

30. A festival
