    Share the project /program you have done.


    The project/program that I have done before is that I let all the students maintain the orderliness
    and cleanliness inside the school campus and conduct a tree planting program. I let them think and
    make an action to maintain cleanliness in the school by making trash bins, picking trash and
    conduct tree planting. I encourage all the students to participate in the school activity.

    What are your agenda when you become a head or an administrator?


    If I will become a head or an administrator in our school I will make rules and regulations inside the
    school campus. I will Implement a school-wide positive behavior support program to promote
    positive behavior and reduce discipline issues. Foster a culture of high expectations and academic
    rigor throughout the school community.
    Implement data-driven instruction by analyzing assessment data to identify areas of improvement,
    strengthen relationships between students, teachers, and families through regular communication
    and engagement activities, integrate social-emotional learning into the curriculum through lessons,
    activities, and discussions.
    I will also provide time and resources for teachers to engage in collaborative planning and
    reflection. Provide ongoing professional development opportunities aligned with school goals,
    instructional priorities, and staff needs.
    Improving the communication and engagement between the school and stakeholders, including
    parents, students, teachers, and the community and the most important is to create a positive and
    inclusive school environment where all students feel safe, valued, and supported.

    Can you say you have succeeded in your plans and projects? Why or why not?
    For me, I think I succeeded my plans and project in our school by doing my best and taking my
    responsibility. Giving instructions to the student about doing and conducting the project and I can
    see that they are all followed my given instructions and helping each other in achieving goal.
