Lifting capacity tables / Lifting height charts
This crane has lifting capacity tables of multiple and different OMs. The operator should select the
corresponding lifting capacity tables to determine the rated load according to the actual operation
situations.
a) OMs marked with the asterisks (*) are nominal ones.
b) Boom lengths marked with the pentacles (★★) are applied for the lifting capacities over rear.
c) Do not lift a load that is above the capacity of the crane under any condition, especially for small
counterweight OM.
d) Do not perform the lifting operation when the wind speed exceeds the limit, especially for long
boom length and large working radius OM.
e) A temperature difference occurs between the side facing the sun and the side facing away from
the sun in cranes with telescopic booms. The sunshine will cause that the material of the boom
frame expands in hot condition and shrinks in cold condition, which affect the straightness of the
boom frame to some extent, especially on the lateral sunshine.
f) When the rated load is less than or equal to 60t, it is recommended to use 60 t hook. When the
rated load is more than 60 t and less than or equal to 70 t, it is recommended to use 70 t
hook. When the rated load is more than 70 t and less than or equal to 80 t, it is recommended to
use 80 t hook.

Components, superstructure
Main boom
• The boom consists of 7 oval boom sections, which is made of δs=960MPa high strength structural
steel, providing the boom with super load bearing capacity, light deadweight, large lateral stiffness
and small end deflection.
• The boom head adopts new plate-type structure, realizing larger lapping ratio between boom
sections, and matching with embedded sliding blocks.
Jib
• It consists of two jib sections. They are folded on the side of main boom and can be installed and
removed by inserted pins.
• The jib can be assembled below an angle of 0° , 15° or 30° to the telescopic boom according to
your needs. The offset can be conveniently changed in a mechanical way.
Telescoping system
• The telescopic boom is telescoped by the single-stage telescoping cylinder with hydraulic
interlocking device.
• Rapid-cycle telescoping system with “automatic mode”, i.e. all-automatic telescoping to the
desired boom length in sequence.
Rooster sheave
• This option is set up for rapid hoists over the boom head to improve the working efficiency when
the loads are light.
Hoist mechanism
• It consists of main and auxiliary hoist mechanisms (the auxiliary winch is optional).
• The two winch mechanisms can be controlled independently and also can carry out simultaneous
movements.
• The built-in planetary reducer is of compact structure, light deadweight and high reliability.
• High quality torsion resistant hoist rope will not rotate and be in good order when the load is lifted,
The press nipple can be used for rapid max. reeving change.
20/26
• The lowering limit switch is fitted on the main winch.
Derricking mechanism
• 1 front-mounted hydraulic cylinder with safety balance valve provides the boom with smooth
derricking movements from -1° to 83°.
Slewing mechanism
• Slewing cushion valve and normally-closed brake can ensure stable and reliable slewing
operation of the crane. 4-point ball-type slewing ring ensures the slewing platform with
super-strong load bearing capability and long service life.
Slewing platform
• Single ribbed plate structured and optimized slewing platform made from high-strength steel plate
