direction you wish to rotate.
● Align to Artboard – Use these options to align a text box to the top,

blending options from the Blend Mode drop-down box: Multiply, Screen, Overlay, Darken, Lighten, Color

Upload Images
Prepare – If your image needs to be cropped, please do so before uploading. Crop an image for free using an
online photo editor, such as picresize.com, imageresize.org or befunky.com. Also, depending on the size of the
file, you may need to resize as well. Most Corjl designs will only allow images up to 6 MB.

Add Images – Upload a graphic or photo by clicking on the Add New Image button in the tools panel. If offered,
you can select from images provided by the designer, or upload your own. You can adjust the size and rotate
the image (see above).

Replace – To replace an existing image, click on it and you will see a button in the tools panel that says Replace
Image. Upload your image and it will replace the existing image. Your seller may have provided extra images as
well that you can choose from to replace.

● Photo/Image Tips: If your photo does not seem to fit the space provided, use the “grey dots” found in
the corners of the photo to resize (zoom in/zoom out) until the image fits the area.
○ Do NOT resize the image by stretching the height or width (taller or wider) as this can distort
your photo.
○ If you want to replace the photo you have added with a different photo, do not delete the photo.
Instead use the “Replace Image” button on the right to select a different photo.
○ If you add a photo and it is floating above or below the area of the design where you want it to
be, click on the Layer for that photo in the Layers Menu (far lower right) and drag the name of the
photo layer up or below the other layers until it is showing in the desired area.

Fixing Mistakes
Undo and Redo Buttons – You can go back a step (or steps) by clicking the Undo button in the Tools Panel (see
Editing Tools Panel graphic). Change your mind? Click on the Redo button next to it.

Revert to Original – You can revert all changes back to the original version of the design by
clicking the button shown here located on the far left (all pages will be reverted). Please note: This
will undo all of your changes/saved edits to the design and can not be undone!

Saving, Downloading, and Printing Your Design

Saving Your Changes – When you are done with your changes to the design, click on the Save
Changes button that is located on the far left of the page. You may save as many times as you
like, but be sure to do a final save before downloading. If there is a red star next to the title of the
design, it means that there are changes that have not been saved. The downloaded file cannot be
edited. If you need to make additional changes, do so in Corjl and then save and download again.

Approve Proof – Depending on the shop owner’s settings and order type, you may see the Approve
Proof button next to the save button. This indicates that once you are done editing and saving
your design, you will need to click on the Approve Proof button in order to complete your order.
Corjl Software, LLC © 2018 6
You will no longer be able to make any changes to the design once you have clicked the Approve
Proof button. A pop-up window will ask you if you are sure before completing. Please proofread
your details, because once the item is completed, changes can no longer be made. If you do need
to make changes to your completed design, please contact us.

If you are ordering Printed items from the seller, clicking the Approve Proof button will alert the
seller that your design is done being edited and ready to send to print. If you have ordered an item
that you will download and print yourself, the Download button will appear and you will be able to
down

Downloading & Printing – Click the Download button on the far left menu to begin the download
process. Depending on the seller settings, you may see a small number next to the Download icon.
This number indicates the number of times you can download your files. If you are in need of more
downloads, please contact your seller for help. When you click the Download button, the Download
Design window will open and you will be able to select your download options from there.

● PDF File Options

○ Choose Paper Size – If downloading as a PDF, select the paper size, or if you just want
the design by itself, select Design Default Size. The size of the actual design will
remain the same regardless of the paper size chosen.
○ Add Bleed/Trim Marks – Your design may include a bleed (.125 extra edge around the
design). Choose to include the bleed and/or trim marks allow for easier trimming, if
desired.
○ Enable Multiples Per Page – Select Print Multiples Per Page If Possible and the design
will download with multiple copies onto the designated paper, if possible.
○ Tile Same Design/Tile Different Designs - This option will fit either the same page of
the design on the same page of the PDF, or it will fit the design pages in order onto the
same PDF page. For example, if printing a single invitation, front and back, you will
want to tile the same design on each PDF page. If printing a design with consecutive
pages (like table numbers or a brochure, for example) then you want to select Tile
Different Designs.
○ Download and Print – Click the Download PDF button to download. Both front and back
files will download, if applicable to your design. After downloading, find the file in your
Downloads folder. If you are printing at home, be sure that the file prints at 100% or
Actual Size in the print settings (Scale to Fit). If you are printing at a print shop, save
the file to a USB flash drive, SD card or email depending on the printer’s requirements.

● All Formats Other Than PDF

Depending on the item or seller, you may be able to choose other file download options, such as

JPEG, PNG, and Tiny PNG. Select the print option that works best for you and then select from
the following options (if given):

the design). Please check with your printer to determine if necessary.
○ Page # – If your design has multiple pages, you can select which page you would like
to download; or you can download all the page files at once either individually or in a
zipped file. Please note that if your design has multiple pages and is taking a longer
time to download, it may be faster to download each page one at a time.
○ Download and Print – After downloading, find the file in your Downloads folder. If
ordering prints online, upload the image directly from your computer. You can also
save the image to a USB flash drive or SD card and take it into a photo center to print.
Be sure that the prints ordered are the same dimensions as the design.
