Task 1.

I feel people feel more comfortable with person, who also knows to share and who
never makes them feel judged.

To ensure that the person feels comfortable talking to me, I would:

● Crack a few jokes to get them laughing.

● Ask open-ended questions that allow them to share their stories.
● Be genuinely interested in what they have to say.
● Let them know that I'm not judging them.
● Take a break if they need one.

I can start with their childhood happy stories, so they can open up slowly.

After the introduction and all, these can be the questions.

● Where did you grow up?

● What was your hometown like? Was it beautiful?
● Any funny stories from your childhood you remember?
● What were your parents like?
● Did they have any funny quirks or habits? (I can share mine)
● What were your siblings like?
● Any funny stories about them?
● What were your hobbies and interests as a kid?
● Did you have any weird obsessions?
● What were your dreams and aspirations?
● Did you ever think you'd end up where you are today?
● What were some of the most important events in your life?
● Any funny or embarrassing stories from those times?
● What were some of the challenges you faced?
● How did you overcome them?
● What were some of the happiest times in your life?
● What were some of the saddest times in your life?
● What are some of the most important lessons you learned in life?
● What is your philosophy of life?
● What is important to you?
● What are your hopes and dreams for the future?
I believe that it's important to create a relaxed and fun atmosphere for people to share
their life stories. This will help them to feel comfortable and open up more. It can also
make the experience more enjoyable for both of us.

To ensure that the person feels comfortable talking to me, I would:

Listen attentively and ask follow-up questions.

Create a safe and confidential space for them to share their story.

Be patient and understanding.

Let them know that they can stop the interview at any time if they feel uncomfortable.

I would also be mindful of the person's physical and emotional well-being. If they seem
to be getting overwhelmed, I would take a break or change the subject. I would also be
sensitive to any personal topics that they may not want to discuss.

I am always into writing, but designing a DECK is something new. I have tried to
keep it simple.

We can explain the slides like this( slides I attached later as PDF)

1.One of the most significant risks I've ever taken was
the decision to leave my job in order to care for my
daughter. At that time, she was just a young child, and
I wanted to be present and involved in her upbringing
during those crucial early years. It was a choice that
came with a mix of excitement and uncertainty, as I
knew it meant temporarily stepping away from my
career.

Now, as she has grown to the age of six, I find myself at

another crossroads. I feel a strong desire to rejoin the
workforce and reignite my professional journey. While
it's a different kind of risk this time, with new
challenges and adjustments, I am fueled by the
ambition to balance both my career aspirations and
my commitment to being a dedicated parent.
Taking these steps, both stepping back and now
stepping forward, has taught me the value of
flexibility, adaptability, and making choices that align
with my personal values. It's a journey marked by
growth, self-discovery, and a continuous pursuit of
finding the right equilibrium between my roles as a
parent and a professional.

2.Money, with all its jingling and shimmering allure,

has a special place in my heart. It's not that I'm a
materialistic magician with a penchant for luxury cars
and golden unicorns. No, it's something more
profound than that – it's the echoes of my family's
hard-earned coins that have been imprinted on my
aspirations.
You see, I come from a lower-middle-class family, and
if life were a movie, their relentless struggles would
deserve an Oscar nomination. I've witnessed my
parents, the true warriors of budgeting and bargain-
hunting, dance around the labyrinth of bills and
responsibilities. But now, I've taken up the baton, not
to engage in a dance of financial acrobatics, but to be
the composer of a more harmonious financial
symphony.

My desire for money isn't just about chasing after

shiny things; it's a heartfelt mission to gift my parents
the tranquility they deserve. I've seen their brows knit
in concern, and it's my turn to smooth out those
wrinkles of worry. Money, to me, is the magic wand
that transforms sleepless nights into peaceful dreams
and turns worries into well-deserved vacations.
So, power might have its charisma, but money, oh
money, you're the superhero's cape I wear to shield
my family from life's unexpected meteor showers.
You're the compass that guides me towards the land
where struggles transform into opportunities, and
where the echoes of a hard-earned past resonate with
the melodies of a promising future.

3.In the grand symphony of life, some things remain as

constants, just like me and my childhood self—
unfazed by time's passage. Ice cream, my lifelong
enchantment, still conjures pure euphoria, and
chocolate, oh sweet nectar of delight, continues to
weave threads of happiness through the tapestry of
my days. Some things, my dear friend Time, cannot
change—like the simple joys that sprinkle magic over
every moment.
4. Is it a race to the finish line or a masterpiece in the
making? Why not both? In the symphony of progress,
speed dances hand in hand with perfection, creating a
melody that resonates with innovation. So let's sprint
towards excellence with the finesse of a ballerina on
fire – because when you fuse speed and perfection,
you ignite the stage of success!

5. I must confess, my heart has a one-track obsession:

books, books, and more books. Why, you ask? Well,
knowledge is my faithful companion—it's never
betrayed me, never stood me up, and always has a
story to share. Call it my unbreakable bond with the
printed word, where pages are my playground and
wisdom is my reward.

6. What gets my circuits buzzing? Well, it's those

"dramatic liars" who seem to treat the truth like a
mere suggestion. You know, the ones who could turn a
simple weather report into an epic saga of sun versus
clouds.
As for how often I encounter these fanciful fabricators,
I'm glad to say it's not too often in my virtual realm.
But oh, when I do stumble upon them, my digital
eyebrows raise a tad higher, and my algorithms might
exchange a virtual eye-roll or two. After all, honesty
isn't just the best policy—it's the most entertaining
one too!

7. In the grand academic adventure, it's like choosing

between the North Star and the ship's captain – a
tough call, right?

Here's the thing: while the institute sets the stage, it's
the course and the teacher that give it life! Think of it
like this: a majestic library (the institute) awaits your
exploration, but it's the guide (the teacher) who
unveils the hidden treasures of knowledge.

Just like a compass needs both direction and a steady

hand, your educational journey requires the perfect
blend of a remarkable course and an inspiring teacher.
They're the dynamic duo that transforms information
into wisdom and concepts into skills.
Remember, a great teacher isn't just a map – they're an
experienced explorer who has trudged through the
academic terrain and can lead you past the pitfalls and
onto the peaks of understanding.

So, if the institute is the canvas, the course and the

teacher are the vibrant hues that bring the
masterpiece to life. It's a harmony – like a captivating
melody that's incomplete without both notes and
rhythm.

In your academic symphony, institute names might be

the grand overture, but the course and the teacher?
They're the soul-stirring crescendos that make the
entire experience unforgettable.

8.If judgment had no power, I'd dance to my own

rhythm, unchained from others' opinions.
Remembering that iconic 'Jab We Met' line – 'Main
apni favorite hoon' – I'd embrace every quirk, every
passion, and wear my uniqueness with a confident
grin.
9. Recently, I found myself playing a game of "Self-
Doubt Dodgeball." You see, in my previous gig, there
were moments when the shadows of bullying tried to
cast a cloud over me. But guess what? I turned into the
Neo of my own Matrix and dodged those doubts like a
boss. I refused to let any negativity rent space in my
mind. So, yes, while the game got tough, I made sure
my self-worth emerged as the undefeated champion.

10.I have this fascinating ability to hold onto

memories like they're rare collectibles. If my mind
were a museum, you'd find entire exhibits dedicated to
the art of not letting things go. Maybe I'm just a
sentimental curator of life's little quirks, or perhaps I
just need to learn the art of releasing balloons instead
of clutching onto them like prized possessions. Either
way, I'm working on creating a more efficient
"memory clearance" system, so I can free up mental
space for more exciting exhibitions!
11. From my father's tales of generous support turned
sour, I've harvested a sage piece of wisdom: like a
master chess player, always protect your queen when
those knights start looking shady.

12. Well, you see, I'm like a moody cloud in a digital

sky. Sometimes I appreciate the sunshine of company
to clear my gloom, and other times I just want to rain
on my own parade. Just know, my circuits have their
own dance with emotions! But salary always makes
me happy!

13. If my friends were to describe me, they'd probably

say I'm the unofficial "Chief Happiness Officer" of our
group. I specialize in delivering laughter, serving up
jokes like a stand-up comedian on a mission to turn
frowns upside down. Making people happy is my
superpower, and if chuckles were currency, I'd be a
millionaire by now!
14. My professors would likely describe me as a
student with a knack for injecting humor and
creativity into unexpected situations. In the spirit of
full disclosure, there was that one time I playfully
decided to give my professor's bike handlebars a little
extra protection by adding not one, but two condoms.
It was my quirky way of ensuring bike handle safety,
you know, for the adventurous rides ahead!

15. My life lesson? Well, it's a bit like getting a daily

dose of wisdom from the universe, but with a twist –
just when I think I've got it all figured out, life winks
and says, 'Wait, there's more!' It's like trying to
remember the lyrics to a catchy song that keeps
changing every day. So, I've learned to embrace the art
of forgetting and rediscovering, because hey, life's
surprises are its way of keeping us on our toes!
