    Reference to the a/m subject and the mechanical design IFC package received via RFI 438 reply for the
    chiller plant.
    Regarding the installation of motorized valves in connection with the chiller, as specified in the attached
    detail drawing.
    kindly note that the design details drawing does not specify the need for motorized isolating valves in
    either the chilled water or condensing water lines (attachment -01). However, for the cooling tower
    connections, it indicates the installation of a motorized valve (with two positions) (attachment -02).
    LMS proposed to install motorized butterfly valve both Chilled water and condensing water connections
    for each chiller.
    Kindly review and please advise.
