having jurisdiction) for all electrical and control systems for all buildings and
machines in the Denver operation • Reviewed external vendor plant and
machine drawing/designs for final scope and future growth needs, providing
lower future costs in service upgrades. • Introduced a low cost and easy to use
multi trade estimating system that allowed accurate estimates and job costing
of internal plant projects. This system also helped prevent price creeping from
external sources. • Lowered project costs through at site inventory controls and
vendor negotiations. • Performed Short circuit, load flow, arc flash,
coordination, transient motor starting, and harmonic studies. • Instructor for
N.F.P.A. 70e safety compliance. • Provide data mining and the reports of the
energy usage of electrical, natural gas and compressed air systems for the
campus. • Perform new and existing machine short circuit current studies for
UL508 and NEC compliance. • Provide hazard and loss risk analysis of all
electrical and control systems, document and manage the electrical
preventative maintenance program (EPM) Per NFPA 70B standards. • Test and
inspect all plant and process electrical systems for compliance of the required
NFPA, UL and ISO standards. >>>Personal Project: Designed a P.L.C. using a
microprocessor, that utilizes 8 true multi-core m.p.u.'s on a single chip and
operates at 100 mcps. I/O includes 8-DI's ,8-DO's with field swap-able relays or
Triac outputs , it has eight twelve bit analog inputs, the system also includes a
real time clock. The HMI is a V.G.A.,mouse and keyboard and does not require
an additional computer or interface. All 24 channels are time of day record-able
via a 16 gb Thumb drive Specifications and test data are available on request

Project s
IoT(Internet of things) project for the home
Just completed: SCADA 8801 An IoT system that is web based and uses the Electric Imp WiFi chip. The system
monitors energy in a graph and or database and has additional features like texting of critical events like water
leaks, garage doors left open and sump pumps. The energy part provides graphs of heating cycles in relation to
outdoor temperatures and or humidity.
RF Energy Harvesting/Transceiver (Personal Project)
This project is directed at achieving a limited or no battery power usage of a data transceiver. This can be
accomplished by lowering the duty cycle of this unit to a point that a separate energy harvesting receiver may
overcome the demand of the transceiver. This will essentially lower the battery demand and or totally eliminate the
use of a battery by the means of a capacitive energy storage. Successful data captures have been achieved with an
average usage of .000032 amps of energy consumption.
Ultra Low Power remote I/O network
Remote I/O data mining transceiver. System uses a single Bluetooth low energy and 2.4GHz proprietary SoC RF
transceiver and is iOS and Android compatible.
