If you got stuck at delivery page with the following error, do the necessary tweak.
How does the problem look like:

Solution:

Choose the option that you would like to opt for and then tweak the url In the following way instead
clicking SUBMIT

When you hit that error, your url will be something like this

Now remove everything like I did

Did you notice , I removed everything after document delivery and now add the following part like this

Point to be noted:

If this issue persists every time when you’re in the document delivery section, I argue you not to click
submit button rather than change the URL as mentioned above and click enter.

Click enter and you will see the magic:

When ever you login like after you enter username password and security questions and hit the
following error:

Remember this issue happens that something that wasn’t injected properly, lets find out one by one

Now stay on this page where you get this error and try the following url hack

Copy this URL and paste it, you will be prompted to terms and conditions, den click yes. If still, it redirects
to login page. Recommend step is to create a new username and new email ID.

However, if you need to redirect the old account to the new account, you need to first find out the UID
ID of the old account,

Go to https://portal.ustraveldocs.com/
Click Forget Password and you will see the prompt message below.

Enter the email address that you were using previously in old portal and also the same email address
that you used for sign up in new account where your hitting this authentication error and needs to create
new username with different email addresses.

Once you enter that, it will send you temporary password to that email address which is associated with
both sites

Now take that temp password and login to the site , the moment you do that, it will prompt you to
change password, now on the right hand side , you will see the UID number of your profile which you
can copy it and save it with you.
Now come to a new portal and create new account and create a ticket or call to support team to link
your old UID number to this new profile such that all the information will be back including payments
etc.

How to find a old appointment after migrating from old portal to new portal:

Go to home page like I have shown here!


And do the following hack:

This brings any existing appointments and current appointments. In fact this url helps to cancel
appointments as well.

To see the ofc screen if home page is not showing schedule appointment:
Go to home page of the site and type like I did:

happen, either it will redirect to you to home page or to ofc page.

a. If it re-directs to the home page, see the payment options under claim receipt what’s the status
of your payment.

If it’s partially paid, and still you can’t hit the ofc screen, reach out to the support team. Majority
with partially paid can able to see dates.

How to resolve SGA 01 or SGA 20:


If you’re facing this during scheduling screen, try to check Appointment Manager and see if there any
existing appointments , if you see ofcs

Try to cancel everything and start fresh.

If you see No Slots during the schedule screen, try to check the same process.
Point to remember:

Most users can be able to see calendars automatically after some days siting on SGA issues.

How to remove dependent in my profile as I can’t make any changes:
Currently you can’t remove dependents as somehow the function they mentioned in the code isn’t
working correctly.

Successfully dependent information should be on the highlighted one, not the below.

How to Claim Previous Payments that was paid prior to the July 28:
Solution 1:
Before you begin, make a list of three things. 1. Go to the old portal and enter the dependent email ID
and click reset password (it will send a reset password, now use that reset password and login to the
old portal, immediately it will ask you to change password (remember, you don't need to change
password, but on the right hand side you see their UID number, now copy that number and keep aside)
2. Now, log in to the new site and click appointment confirmation to discover what UIDs Dependents
are entitled to. (If both are matched, when you create a new profile, it should be the exact same number,
rather than a separate UID) If UIDS do not match between the old and new portals (particularly for
dependents), you must send a clear email requesting that all payment information be transferred from
the old to the new UID. If you have OLD Appointment PDFs, they do have UID information down below
and you can compare it with new portal (for now) because majority are attempting to reschedule, thus
they may have preserved old appointment PDFs, if you don't have follow two. So, basically, you're
making it plain from your end and asking customer service to simply transfer from this number to that,
so that things go more quickly.

Look at the UIDS on the right-hand side, you will see some numbers, whereas these numbers have been
mismatched during the migration

This is from new portal, so now we need to map the old numbers 3***** &1*** to 9*** & 3****

In order to map , you need to create a ticket or do a web calling with them.
Solution2:

If you already have paid the fees and the system isn’t showing it, try the following tweak.

Enter the receipt number and payment date and go to URL bar and after payment options type the
below and click enter likewise do it for how many applicants you have.

Now come to home page and type en-US/ofc-schedule/ it should show a ofc calendar.

Point to be noted:

Majority cases migrated accounts should be able to see the calendar through ofc-schedule tweak as
their payments are already generated but system shows as un-paid

Please try to start and close the application (if it didn’t work ) follow the next step

Instead of selecting, nonimmigrant, use immigrant and try to do random selection and then come to
payment option or not.

After you have selected immigrant, keep checking with locations like MUMBAI VAC OR DELHI VAC and
chose the visa category and come to under DS-260 section and give a random number.

Now come to the home page and close the application and wait for 24 hours to get your profile reset.
(After 24 hours use as usual way your doing and you should now able to see this error being remediated)

Issue:
personal details match a profile which already exists in our database. The User ID of that profile
is 'xxxx-xxxx-xxx-xxxx-xxxxxxx'. If you created this profile in the past and forgot the password,
please use the 'Forgot your password?' function on the login screen. If this username isn't familiar
to you, please contact our helpline through the Provide Feedback option in the left menu or by
sending an email to our helpline. Please don't forget to attach the scanned copy of your passport's
data page to your feedback message/email."

Solution:
As the error message clearly says, do the following.

Sign up with dependent details with the same email ID you have given previously or the email ID that is
mentioned on the error message.

The moment, you sign up, YOU SHOULD NOTICE THAT HOME PAGE SHOULD SHOWS AS “CONTINUE
APPLICATION”

Then click on continue application and keep going till you select Dropbox questions and now login back
to the primary profile and try to ADD now. This error will be resolved.
