OPCR Reports for DOH Implementing Units

For efficient submission and ease of consolidation, the CY 2024 Budget Accountability
Report (BAR1) and Office Performance and Commitment Review (OPCR) reports shall now
be submitted through Google Form, which may be accessed through the following links:

1. BARI: bit.ly/2024BAR1SubmissionForm
2. OPCR: bit.ly/2024O0PCRSubmissionForm

All other provisions provided in the following issuances shall remain in effect:

1.Department Order No. 2023-0084 or Guidelines for the DOH Strategy Cascading and
Monitoring using the OPCR (bit.ly/DO2023-0084) and its amendment;
2. Department Memorandum (DM) No. 2024-0041 or Guidelines for the CY 2024
OPCR (bit.ly/(DM2024-0041); and,
3. DM No. 2024-0057 or Guideline for the CY 2024 BARI Reporting Mechanism
(bit.ty/DM2024-0057).
