Yes, I can identify it because in constructive alignment it ensures that desired
learning outcomes are achieved through the right process of achieving it. Alignment
throughout the learning process is identified because constructive alignment is
knowing what to teach, how to teach or what strategies will be used, and what, how
will students be assessed.

Yes, measuring the desired outcome is important because it is the way of
knowing if the learners really acquired what needs to be learned and understood.
With constructive alignment I can be able to know if the desired outcome has been
achieved by assessing the students’ understanding of the lesson. If the learners show
excellent results throughout the learning process, then, it is the time that the desired
learning outcome has been achieved.

profession.

Quality teachers are indeed important to our society. Schools of education are
making quality teacher education part of the evolving curriculum due to the changing world.
As the world developed, the curriculum changed as well, based on what our society needed.
Teachers are someone whom we can depend on in terms of developing our whole selves to
prepare us for the problematic society where we can only solve. They have always been part
of each one of us in lighting and making a bright sight for our future. And that new quality
teachers are important to have quality learning and produce a student who is developed
physically, mentally, and emotionally. I am proud to say that I am one of the teachers in the
making with the new teacher education curriculum.
As a future teacher, it is crucial to know the broad concept of the new teacher
education curriculum because it emphasizes modern teachers who are qualified to be
proficient in new technological innovation and acquire 21st century skills. This curriculum
says that as future educators, we need to change and adapt easily to the needs and
situations of the world. Teachers are the guardians of all student learning, and they are
about to improve once a teacher starts to teach the concept of a certain topic. Through the
curriculum, it makes the teacher’s implementation easier because it has the alignment that
the teacher needs to follow to have a smooth flow of teaching. The programs in the field of
education are specified. Those specifications help the teacher choose what they want to
teach. The system provides training so that teachers can impart knowledge to students
effectively. This training is one of the most effective ways for teachers to adapt and change
easily based on the changing curriculum and world.
In conclusion, the new teacher education curriculum prepares teachers to be quality
teachers for the transforming world. It demonstrates that the curriculum focuses on the
students needs based on society's situation. It allows future teachers like me to adapt easily.
At the end, teachers need this kind of curriculum for the development and benefit of

Education is indeed the most important treasure that everyone can have. Through the power
of education, we have the knowledge, skills, abilities, and values that we can use in real-life
applications. We acquire those learnings with the help and guidance of our teacher. They are the
ones who encourage us and help us focus on our goals in the future.
As a future teacher, it is a great opportunity for me to learn and master the skills of a
teacher so that I can teach some students in the future. There are a lot of characteristics that
a teacher should have, and as a teacher of the future in the field of education, I see myself
having dedication, passion, and embracing and integrating the skills of a 21st century teacher.
Furthermore, I see myself in the future as a professional who places importance on the
students learning style, ensures that the students are comfortable with their learning
environment, is proficient in technological equipment, and has respect for my profession.
Being fully equipped in the future as a future teacher is my goal, where students can learn,

Seeing myself as a future teacher with those characteristics, I am sure that I can
