    WELCOME TO THE RIDER NEWSLETTERS

    We are thrilled to have you join us for what promises to be an unforgettable adventure in
    the breathtaking Pyrenees.

    Over the course of 5 days, you'll embark on a journey where wilderness and effort
    converge, offering emotions like nowhere else. Get ready to challenge yourself amidst
    stunning landscapes and create memories that will last a lifetime.

    From here on in, you can look forward to receiving 4 different newsletter updates from
    us. These newsletters will be packed full of everything you need to know about the
    events as well as rider insights. All this information and more can be found over on
    our Practical Information section on the Haute Route website.

    COURSE REMINDER
    As you prepare for this epic adventure, here's a quick reminder of what lies ahead:
    Traverse through 588km of picturesque landscapes, challenging climbs, and exhilarating
    descents.

    Experience these beautiful towns along the way:

    Bagnéres de Luchon
    St Lary Soulan
    Col du Portet
    Cap de Long

    ACCOMODATION
    At Haute Route, we understand the importance of comfortable accommodation after a
    demanding day of cycling. That's why we've simplified the process for you.

    All our accommodation options include:


    · A 6-night stay from Sunday, June 30th, in Pau to Saturday, July 6th.
    · Early check-in on registration day.
    · A sportive continental breakfast formula available 2 hours before the start of each
    stage.
    · Secured overnight bike storage option (in rooms preferred but we follow the rules of
    the hotel).
    · Daily Haute Route luggage transportation between each stage.
    · Transportation and storage of your bike box from the first to the final day (delivered
    to your last hotel).

    HOW TO GET THERE

    Airport: The closest airports are Toulouse Blagnac (TLS) or Barcelona (BCN).

    Shuttle: Book the official shuttle from Toulouse Airport (TLS) and be dropped off at the
    Event Village.

    We also offer shuttle services from Toulouse airport (TLS) to Pau, as well as from Pau to
    Toulouse airport (TLS). Additional transportation can be arranged for friends and family
    accompanying you to the event.

    Car: Drive from home or rent a car from your arrival airport/train station.

    Train: Take the train to Pau railway station
