‫ﺘﻬﺩﻑ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻨﻴﺔ ﺍﻹﻟﺯﺍﻤﻴﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺤﻤﺎﻴﺔ ﺼﺤﺔ ﻭﺴﻼﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻬﻠﻙ‪.‬‬

‫ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺎل‬
‫ﺘﺴﺭﻱ ﻤﺘﻁﻠﺒﺎﺕ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻨﻴﺔ ﺍﻹﻟﺯﺍﻤﻴﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﺍﺩ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻨﺘﺠﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻐﺫﺍﺌﻴﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﻤﺎﺩﺓ )‪(3‬‬
‫ﺘﻌﺭﻴﻑ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﻁﻠﺤﺎﺕ‬
‫ﺍﻟﻤﻠﻭﺜﺎﺕ‪ :‬ﺃﻱ ﻤﺎﺩﺓ ﻟﻡ ﻴﻘﺼﺩ ﺇﻀﺎﻓﺘﻬﺎ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻐﺫﺍﺀ ﻭﻟﻜﻨﻬﺎ ﺘﻭﺍﺠﺩﺕ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺒﻔﻌل ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺎﺕ ﺇﻨﺘﺎﺠﻪ )ﺒﻤﺎ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﻴﺎﺕ‬ ‫‪1 -3‬‬
‫ﺍﻹﻨﺘﺎﺝ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﺎﺘﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﺤﻴﻭﺍﻨﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻁﺒﻴﺏ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﻁﺭﻱ( ﺃﻭ ﺒﻔﻌل ﺘﺼﻨﻴﻌﻪ ﺃﻭ ﻤﻌﺎﻤﻠﺘﻪ ﺃﻭ ﺘﺠﻬﻴﺯﻩ ﺃﻭ ﻤﻌﺎﻟﺠﺘﻪ ﺃﻭ ﺘﻌﺒﺌﺘﻪ ﺃﻭ‬
‫ﺘﻐﻠﻴﻔﻪ ﺃﻭ ﻨﻘﻠﻪ ﺃﻭ ﺍﻻﺤﺘﻔﺎﻅ ﺒﻪ ﺃﻭ ﻜﻨﺘﻴﺠﺔ ﻟﺘﻠﻭﺜﻪ ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺌﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﻴﻁﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﺍﻟﺤﺩﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﻴﻜﺭﻭﺒﻴﺔ‪ :‬ﺍﻷﻋﺩﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﻘﺼﻭﻯ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻤﻭﺡ ﺒﺘﻭﺍﺠﺩﻫﺎ ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﻜﺎﺌﻨﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﻗﻴﻘﺔ ﻭﺇﻓﺭﺍﺯﺍﺘﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﺍﺩ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻨﺘﺠﺎﺕ‬ ‫‪2 -3‬‬

‫ﺍﻟﺤﺩﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﻘﺼﻭﻯ ﻟﻤﺘﺒﻘﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﻴﺩﺍﺕ‪ :‬ﺍﻟﺘﺭﺍﻜﻴﺯ ﺍﻟﻘﺼﻭﻯ ﻟﻤﺘﺒﻘﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﻴﺩﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻤﻭﺤﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻭ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﺍﺩ‬ ‫‪4 -3‬‬

‫ﻤﺎﺩﺓ )‪(4‬‬
‫ﺍﻟﺤﺩﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﻴﻜﺭﻭﺒﻴﺔ‬
‫ﻴﺠﺏ ﺃﻥ ﻻ ﺘﺯﻴﺩ ﺃﻋﺩﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﻜﺎﺌﻨﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﻗﻴﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻭﺍﺠﺩﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﺍﺩ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻨﺘﺠﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻐﺫﺍﺌﻴﺔ ﻋﻥ ﺍﻟﺤﺩﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﻘﺼﻭﻯ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻤﻭﺡ‬ ‫‪1 -4‬‬
‫ﺒﻬﺎ ﻭﺍﻟﻭﺍﺭﺩﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﺍﺼﻔﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺴﻁﻴﻨﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺼﺔ ﺒﺎﻟﻤﻭﺍﺩ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻨﺘﺠﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻐﺫﺍﺌﻴﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﻓﻲ ﺤﺎل ﻋﺩﻡ ﺘﻭﻓﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﺍﺼﻔﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺴﻁﻴﻨﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺫﻜﻭﺭﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﺩ )‪ (1-4‬ﺃﻭ ﺍﻟﺒﻨﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺼﺔ ﺒﺎﻟﺤﺩﻭﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﻴﻜﺭﻭﺒﻴﺔ‪،‬‬ ‫‪2 -4‬‬
‫ﻴﺘﻡ ﺍﻟﺭﺠﻭﻉ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﺍﺼﻔﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺼﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﻋﻥ ﻫﻴﺌﺔ ﺩﺴﺘﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﻐﺫﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻤﻲ )‪.(Codex Alimentarius‬‬
‫ﺘﻌﺘﻤﺩ ﻁﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﻔﺤﺹ ﺍﻟﻤﺫﻜﻭﺭﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﺍﺼﻔﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻠﺴﻁﻴﻨﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﻤﻭﺍﺩ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﻨﺘﺠﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻐﺫﺍﺌﻴﺔ ﺇﻥ ﻭﺠﺩﺕ‪ ،‬ﻭﻓﻲ ﺤﺎل ﻋﺩﻡ‬ ‫‪3 -4‬‬
‫ﻭﺠﻭﺩﻫﺎ‪ ،‬ﻴﺘﻡ ﺍﻟﺭﺠﻭﻉ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻁﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﻔﺤﺹ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻤﺩﺓ ﻤﻥ ﻫﻴﺌﺔ ﺩﺴﺘﻭﺭ ﺍﻟﻐﺫﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻤﻲ‪.‬‬

‫ﺍﻟﺼﺎﺩﺭ ﻋﻥ ﻟﺠﻨﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻔﻨﻴﺔ ﺍﻹﻟﺯﺍﻤﻴﺔ‪.‬‬
‫ﻴﺠﺏ ﺘﻌﺩﻴل ﻜل ﻤﺎ ﻴﺘﻌﺎﺭﺽ ﻤﻊ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎﺕ‪.‬‬ ‫‪3 -8‬‬
