Even so, I acknowledge the value of addressing my weaknesses in order to improve my

leadership skills. To become a more effective leader, I need to improve my multitasking skills,

minimize self-criticism, and refine my decision-making process. Developing strategies for


overcoming these obstacles, such as prioritizing tasks, increasing self-confidence, and seeking

feedback, will be critical to realizing my full leadership potential.
