Definisi Asal usul kata “kurikulum” berasal dari kata Yunani “curir” yang
landasan, berarti “pelari” dan “curare” yang berarti “tempat berlari”. Adapun secara
pendekatan dan istilah menurut S. Nasution kurikulum adalah suatu rencana yang
prinsip kur dibuat untuk memperlancar proses belajar mengajar di bawah bimbingan
(hal…) dan tanggung jawab suatu sekolah atau lembaga pendidikan beserta
tenaga pengajarnya. Sebaliknya menurut Zenal Arifin, kurikulum
