    * The service has an initial lock-in period of 180 days. Only post completion of 180 days of service, the advertiser can terminate the service/withdraw NACH mandate by sending a
    written communication to IndiaMART. On receipt of such communication IndiaMART will take maximum of 4 weeks to stop your service

    * First BuyLead allocation would happen at the time of hosting


    * And post that the BuyLead allocation would start from the first Sunday
    * Any unused BuyLeads would expire at the end of every week (Saturday)
    + Subject to payment realization and NACH activation

    1) IndiaMART InterMESH Limited (hereafter referred to as ‘IndiaMART’) excludes any warranty, express or implied, as to the quality, accuracy,
    timeliness, completeness, performance, fitness, for a particular purpose of any of its contents, hosted on any of IndiaMART servers, unless
    otherwise specified in writing.

    2) All information including text & pictures to be provided by the client, who should also be the legal copyright owner of the same. IndiaMART shall
    not be liable for any claims/damages arising out of content posted on your catalog. The material provided must comply with National &
    International Laws. The client can promote up to 400 products on his catalog.

    3) IndiaMART has the right to promote the content (text, images, videos, brochures etc.) provided by a client on various platforms and properties
    owned by the company.

    4) Pursuant to the signing of this Proforma Invoice, I hereby allow IndiaMART to make commercial calls to my mobile number(s) and organization
    contact number(s). This declaration will hold valid even if I chose to get my numbers registered for NDNC at any future date.

    5) All services are offered without any performance guarantee in terms of no. of enquiries, confirmed orders etc.

    6) IndiaMART will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business projects, or loss of profits) arising in
    contract or otherwise from the use of or inability to use any site or any of its contents, hosted on any of IndiaMART servers.

    7) I indemnify IndiaMART of all claims, conflicts or legal proceedings arising out of all information, date, text, software, music, sound, photographs,
    graphics, videos, messages or any other material (content) posted on the website or privately transmitted. I undertake the sole responsibility to
    take necessary actions under such circumstances. This means that me, and not IndiaMART, is entirely responsible for all content that is present
    on his/her website, posted or transmitted via the service.

    8) Refund of any amount is at the sole discretion of the company.

    9) Monthly Mode Payment Option (Basic Terms & Automated Renewal):

    If the advertiser chooses monthly mode (NACH) as payment mode, this contract would be AUTOMATICALLY
    RENEWED on the same terms and conditions (except commercials) unless determined by the parties, subject to
    the Monthly mode (NACH) mandate should be active and the payment should be honoured on the stipulate date.
    The first NACH deduction date for the newly hosted advertiser will be as follows:

    Hosting Date NACH Deducation Date

    5th to 9th of a Month 10th of that Month

    10th to 14th of a Month 15th of that Month

    15th to 19th of a Month 20th of that Month

    20th to 24th of a Month 25th of that Month

    25th to 29th of a Month 30th of that Month

    30th of a Month to 04th of next Month 05th of next Month

    10) IndiaMART reserves the right to add or change the above terms and conditions as and when required. Changes made by IndiaMART will be
    deemed to have been accepted, if you continue to use the services thereafter.

    11) We strongly recommend you to respond to all the Buyer Calls through IndiaMART PNS service, failing which the delivery of the agreed
    services may be affected and curtailed.

    12) By using the Pay with IndiaMART (online payment platform) services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions available on its
    website (https://paywith.indiamart.com/terms.html)

    13) By ACCEPTING THIS DOCUMENT, THE ADVERTISER AGREES TO TERMS OF THIS INVOICE AND IndiaMART Terms & Conditions of use
    located at https://www.indiamart.com/terms-of-use.html

    14) Vyapar service will be an add-on service that is valid for 6 months, subject to the MDC service been active for the said term.
