Terms and condititions between the management and the teacher.

1. Keep puncuality.

Teachers should be here the school permises before ________ a.m.and should not leave the school
before __________ p.m.

2. shold speak English in the school permises.even if you know Telughu.


3. Once you complete the lessons,complete the correction then check the dairy
regulerly,copntect sliptest every weekend.
4. Motivate the children through moral stories. Should not punish the children at any coast. If its
required,inform the manage ment and do what they said.
5. Do smart work than hardwork.
6. Use ice-breaking techniques to waken up the children frome there day dreemings or sleepy
moode.
7. Should not argue with any teachers or managementat any situationsif you have any problem,it
should be inform to the agency without any delay.we will solve that withi three working days.
8. Should respect your management so that they will respect you.
9. Should not take any leave without inform to the management.if you need leaves,should be
inform to the management before one week.but,medical leaves are allowed within the time.
10. Shold not quit the school before consult with the agency and the managements.if you want to
quit the school,you shold inform the managementsas well as the agency before fifteen
days.through that we will get the time to arrange another staff instead of you.
11. Should not misbehave with thw students or teachers.if sound for,management have all right to
take legal actions against you . In such causes,agency or agent is not liable or responsible for
it. Its all up to you(The faculty)only.
12. If you have any habits,such as smoking,drinking etc should be avoid school permises as well
as the surrounding areas it should not be affect the school.
Terms and conditions between the management and the Smart Way Jobs.
1. Should provide neat and secure accommodation for teachers. It should be a Pacca
building.
2. You should provide separate accommodation for lady teachers.
3. Should provide primary facilities such as coat, bed, pillow, buckets and mug.
4. If you haven’t free mess for teachers, you should provide them enough utensils and
stove for cook their food. In such causes you should provide food allowances too. Its
should be minimum Rs: 2000 per month.
5. Should not harass teachers infront of students, teachers, parents or any other persons
or staffs. In such causes it should be in your office or chamber. Remember, if you
respect your teaching staff, everyone will respect them.
6. Should not terminate our teachers before consult with us. If you have any problem
with our teachers don’t hesitate to inform us. We will resolve it as early as possible. If
we are unable to find a solution to resolve it, or if you are not satisfying their work,
we will do replacement within 15 working days.
7. Should not misbehave with our teachers in any manner.
8. Salary should be provide before 10th of every month without any delay.
9. Should provide at least one leisure for teacher.
10. Should provide your Terms & Conditions to the teacher the day when she / he joins
and make them to sign it and share the same with us too.
11. You should provide an appointment letter to the teacher the day when you appoint
her/ him. You should clearly mention their Salary, Work Profile, Timing etc in it.
Later should not change any of the mentioned above.
12. Other than the salary should not give any amount in advance. Other than salary, if you
give any amount as loan, it will be in your own risk. Such causes, if you lose any
money Smart Way job is liable on that.
13. Should not deduct any amount in their salary as security deposit. You are paying their
salary 10th of every month. Through those 10 days of their Salary is with you, till the
completion of the academic year. You should give that amount along with last month
salary.
14. Either school management decided to terminate the staff or candidate decided to quit
their job, it will be 30 days’ notice period. In such causes you have to settle their
complete salary and sent them.

Our Recruitment Charges & Procedures


1. Booking Charge is just Rs: 2500/- only. We will arrange telephonic interview.
2. We will collect resumes for you and conduct telephonic interview.
3. You can conduct interview and select suitable candidates.
4. Our commission is just Rs: 10000 / Head.
5. Half of the total commission you have to transfer to us, when we sent their Train
Tickets. Remaining half you should transfer to us, the day when they reach your
school.
6. If they continue next academic year, you will have to pay 75% of existing
commission.

Refund Policy
1. No refund initiated. Only Replacement Guaranteed.
2. Replacement period will be in 15 working days.
