 1. Add all the scores in each column, then divide the total points by the number of items. This the Raw Score (RS) of the student for each sub-area. 2. Multiply the Raw Score with percentage. Weight to find the Weighted Mean for each sub-area. 3. Add the Weighted Mean for sections A, B, C, D, and E to come up with the Final Rating of the students. 4. Unauthorized drop-outs should be marked F (failed) to signify work which is not yet satisfactorily completed.  ___________________________
