127. Shutdown and restart Node.

shutdown /r

II. Rebuil lại RAID Rebuild the Redundant Array


of Inexpensive Disks (RAID)
131. Enter the LSI MegaRAID SCSI BIOS by pressing <CTRL-M> when “Press<
CTRL-M> to run MegaRAID Configuration Utility” message appears on the screen.
132. From Management Menu select Objects -> Adapter -> Clear Configuration.
Select "Yes" to clear the Configuration.
133. Go back to Management Menu by pressing <Esc>. Confirm the Exit by
selecting "Yes". Reboot Node by pressing <CTRL-ALT-DEL>.

134. After the reboot, enter again in Node in the LSI MegaRAID SCSI BIOS by
pressing <CTRL-M> when “Press <CTRL-M> to run MegaRAID Configuration Utility”
message appears on the screen.

135. From Management Menu select Configure -> New Configuration. Select "Yes"
to start the Configuration Procedure.
136. Two SCSI Channels should appear, containing 3 drives each in status READY.

In Channel 0, ID-0 / ID-1 / ID-2 drives. In Channel 1, ID-0 / ID-1 / ID-2 drives.

137. Choose the first disk in Channel 0 ( ID-0 ), and press <Space> for selection.
Move using <Arrow Up> / <Arrow Down> / <Arrow Left> / <Arrow Right>.

Select the first disk in Channel 1 ( also ID-0 ), and press <Space> for selection.
Press <Enter> to complete the first Array.

Note:

A new disk array has been created: A0x-01 ( From Channel 0 ) together with A0x-02
( From Channel 1).

138. Press <F10> to configure the array A0x-01 - A0x-02. A window now appears
with array number. Press <Space> to select the array then press< F10> to check
the details for this Logical Drive. Make sure that RAID type is set to “1”.

Accept the values defined by selecting “Accept” and press <Enter>.

139. Repeat Step 137 to Step 138 for disks ID-1 and ID-2. At the end of the
procedure, 3 disks arrays should have been created:

Array 1 -> A01-01 - A01-02. Array 2 -> A02-01 - A02-02. Array 3 -> A03-01 - A03-
A02.
140. Save the configuration just created by selecting "Yes".

141. Go back to Management Menu by pressing <Esc>. Then select Objects-


>Adapter and press <Enter>.

142. Make sure that "Enable BIOS" option appears in the menu ( it means that
BIOS is currently DISABLED ). Only if "Disable BIOS" option appears, select it ( this
will Disable BIOS). Move using <Arrow Up> / <Arrow Down> and press <Enter>.
Confirm the change by pressing “Yes”.

143. Set Fast Initialization to “On”. Move using <Arrow Up> / <Arrow Down> and
press <Enter>. Set the value to “On” and press again <Enter>. Confirm the change
by pressing “Yes”.

144. Select "Other Adapter Options" and press <Enter>. Make sure that "Cluster
Mode" is set to ENABLED and "Initiator ID" is set to 7 for Node.

Note:

For Node, "Cluster Mode" must also be set to ENABLED and "Initiator ID" must be set
to 6.
145. Go back to Management Menu by pressing <Esc>. Then select Initialize and
press <Enter>. Select all Logical Drives by pressing <F2>. Once that they are all
selected, Initialize them all by pressing <F10>. Confirm the action by pressing “Yes”.
146. Were all logical drives successfully initialized?

Yes.
Go to Step 147.

No.

Go to Step 178.
147. Go back to the Management Menu pressing <Esc>.

148. Leave LSI MegaRAID SCSI BIOS by pressing <Esc> again. Confirm Exit by
selecting "Yes".

149. Reboot Node by pressing <CTRL-ALT-DEL>.

III. Restore Data Disk.


151. Set “Cluster Disk” Driver startup type to Disabled.

sc config clusdisk start= disabled

152. Set “Cluster Server” service startup type to Disabled.

sc config clussvc start= disabled

153. Set “ACS_PRC_ClusterControl” service startup type to Disabled.

sc config ACS_PRC_ClusterControl start= disabled

154. Set “ACS_FCH_Server” service startup type to Disabled.

sc config ACS_FCH_Server start= disabled

155. Shutdown and restart Node.

shutdown /r

Restore the data disk partitions and directories

156. When the system comes up again, connect to Node. Go to Operational


Instruction AP, User Session, Initiate. Perform the steps in that Operational
Instruction and return to next step in this Operational Instruction.

157. Enter the directory bur.

cd acs\data\bur

158. List all the files in directory.

dir *.ddi

159. Find the file with the most recent time and date stamp. Replace the
<filename> in the next step with the actual name of the file.

160. Format and create directories on the data disks.

burpart -r c:\acs\data\bur\<filename>.ddi -z

Note:

Confirm execution of burpart by typing "y" followed by <ENTER>. Wait for the
prompt to return.

Note:

The runtime parameter will be restored.

161. Were all the data disk drives successfully formatted?

Yes.
Go to Step 162.

No.

Go to Step 178.

Change startup settings

162. Set “Cluster Disk” Driver startup type to System.

sc config clusdisk start= system

163. Set “Cluster Server” service startup type to Automatic.

sc config clussvc start= auto

164. Set “ACS_PRC_ClusterControl” service startup type to Automatic.


sc config ACS_PRC_ClusterControl start= auto

165. Set “ACS_FCH_Server” service startup type to Automatic.

sc config ACS_FCH_Server start= auto

Reboot Node

166. Shutdown and restart Node.

shutdown /r
