    To our Principal in charge of the District Maam Nadine T.


    Casumpang Principal 1. Our Assistant School Principal II of Banate
    National High School, Maam Eleanor Arsulo. Our Senior High
    School Coordinator, Maam Marsha Bacutoc, Our Curriculum
    Chairperson Maam Ivy Lagamon, School Heads, Faculty and Staff,
    our Commencement Speaker, Proud Parents, Graduating students,
    honoured graduates, Guests, visitors, Ladies and Gentlemen Isa ka
    maayad –ayad kag mabinungahon nga adlaw sa inyo nga tanan.

    As SALUSTIANO T. JIMENEZ, Regional Director of the


    Department of Education once said “Perseverance.
    Determination. Hard Work are the three inseparable components
    that are likely to be observed to determine success.

    It is with great congratulations to all students of Banate National


    High School for their educational journey. All of you really deserve
    to be congratulated. The hard work and the unconditional support
    of the school leaders, teachers, parents, and relevant stakeholders
    has made you to wear you are right now.

    This year’s theme of Commencement rites, “Kabataang Pilipino Para


    sa Matatag na Kinabukasan ng Bagong Pilipinas,” implies that all of
    you are part of the nation-Building. Ara sa inyo nakasalalay ang
    pagbag-o kag pag-umwad sang aton nga Banwa Kag sang atun nga
    Pungsod. Your hardwork and Dedication to your studies is an
    implication of a brighter Future. Whatever path you may enter
    college life or in whatever direction you want to enter, always be
    determined to conquer it. Don’t lose hope and trust the process.
    Let me remind you this meaningful message that I will say base on
    the theme.

    KABATAANG PILIPINO – Filipino youth are innovative, intelligent,


    multi-talented and above all, god fearing. You are the hope of our
    nation. You will champion the ever-changing challenges of our
    society. You are adaptive to change ad ready to reach your goals for
    the development our country.

    MATATAG NA KINABUKASAN- When we work hand in hand, we


    will achieve a very strong future. With your knowledge, we can go
    further for the betterment of your community.

    BAGONG PILIPINAS we envisioned to feel one day that the


    Philippines is progressing. We believe in each of you to build better
    tomorrow that is resilient and progressive nation.

    Your graduation marks the end of High school Life and the start of
    a greater challenge coming along the way. Your diploma is not just
    a paper being printed but a proof of your Perseverance,
    Determination and Hardwork. To our proud parents, I am one with
    you in celebrating the success of your sons and Daughters. It is
    time to celebrate your effort and love. It is all of you I really salute.
    Without all of you parents, we are not here attending this once I
    lifetime milestone. Always believe in the capacity of your sons and
    daughters. Guide them to become a better citizen of our country.

    And lastly, as your Municipal Mayor. I am one with you in achieving


    your dreams nagapati ako nga ang tagsa-tagsa ka Banatenhon my
    mataas nga handum indi lamang para sa ila kaugalingon kundi
    para man sa ila pamilya kag sa atun pinalangga nga banwa. Sa
    inyo paghimakas magapadayun kita nga maga abante-Banate.
    Congratulations once again to all the graduates. Rest assured, I will
    be at your side in achieving your dreams in life. Maayong Hapon sa
    tanan.
