    1. Where is the milestone schedule located?


    The milestone schedule is located at the end of Section 013100 - PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND
    COORDINATION in Shorefront bid specification1 pdf pg#676.

    a. How long is the project?


    The total duration of the project is 12 months.

    2. Make a work plan for this project to fall within the length of the project.
    The following table shows all activities involved in this project along with their duration and immediate
    predecessor activities.

    The project starts with the submittals and demolition which takes 2 and 1 moths to complete
    respectively. The demolition activity is immediately succeeded by construction which takes 8 months to
    complete. The construction activity is succeeded by Punchlist and Equipment set up & testing individually
    taking 1 and 2 months to complete. The final activity of this project is Substantial Compaction whose
    immediate predecessor activity is Equipment set up & Testing and takes 1 month to complete. Thus, the total
    project takes 12 months to complete, and its duration falls into the length of the project.
